Each lesson combines simple theory with grounding practices you can use anywhere — from breathwork and somatic tools to mindful pauses and calming rituals. Nothing is complicated, nothing is overwhelming. You’ll learn to work with your body, not against it. By the end of this course, you’ll know how to recognize your signals sooner, support yourself with kindness, and return to a place of presence and steadiness — even on busy or difficult days. A calmer life doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from learning how to listen, respond, and regulate with compassion.


Meet your Teacher

Johanna Asterdal is a yoga and meditation teacher, nervous system educator, and habit coach with more than a decade of experience supporting people in creating calmer, more sustainable lives. Her work blends somatic awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, and behavioral science to help individuals understand their stress responses and build daily practices that support long-term wellbeing. With years of guiding both group programs and one-to-one clients, Johanna has developed a grounded, compassionate approach that makes nervous system education practical and accessible. She specializes in helping busy women reduce overwhelm, build healthier habits, and reconnect with themselves through small, realistic shifts. Johanna’s teaching style is rooted in the belief that when people learn how their nervous system works, they can meet themselves with far more understanding, kindness, and choice.
