Mindfulness Of Dreams - by Eric Spirko

COURSE

Mindfulness Of Dreams

With Eric Spirko

We all dream! Yet not everyone remembers their dreams. With some practice, we can remember how to remember. Because in a sense, this "skill" is something we don't need to learn but rather remember; children naturally dream, and it's only something we forget when the demands of life pull us away from this natural and beneficial dream experience. This course will teach you: - How to bring mindfulness into the dream experience. - What to do before bed to remember more dreams - Re-framing night-time awakenings to support dream practice - How best to use the critical first moments after awakening - Tools to support you in your journey to dream recall.
