A short meditation using the energy and peace of a tree to tap into our own. This can be done as a visualisation, imagining the tree, or actually sitting against a tree trunk in nature. This will work for teenagers as well as adults, but should probably not be anyone's first experience of mindfulness, and some assumptions are made about a meditation position and initial breathing.
