In this 6-day course, you’ll have a better understanding of how self-compassion can be applied to decrease feelings of stress and anxiety, and negative self-talk, giving you emotional support and effective ways to turn towards the difficulty providing an insight into why it’s effective and how it’s been beneficial in my own life. This course will help guide you with self-soothing meditations and support materials through challenges we all face in life by connecting to your heart space, providing care, and nurturing. The course includes meditation practices non-directional and directional, self-compassion practices, and meditation.


Meet your Teacher

Natasha Rose Mills is an actor, mindfulness and transformational coach, international best-selling author, and writer. She is best known for her role as Jess in Winnie The Pooh Blood and Honey featured on ITV News, Sunday Morning Live, This Morning, Variety, and Fox News. She helps individuals overcome anxiety, self-doubt, and fear by amplifying their ability with connection, awareness, motivation, and self-compassion. Natasha trained in mindfulness compassion therapy after her break up it became her road to healing. She discovered the benefits of mindfulness and compassion were not widely known in her industry and how transformational both combined together transformed her life. She now works with her clients to become confident and self-compassionate and has more clarity by accessing their true potential. Natasha has her work featured in Yahoo, Fox News, and NBC she lives in the UK.

Lesson 1

Compassion and Emotional Healing

In this session, we will explore how self-compassion can be helpful for emotional healing during the times we may experience discomfort to soften that feeling and sense that we belong to something larger, and break down the armour we often put up. You'll learn how gestures help us to sense what feels right during those times, and the various ways self-compassion can be incorporated so you can access that part of you to soften the intensity of any emotion when you need it.

Lesson 2

Managing Emotions

In this lesson, you'll learn the art of bringing mindfulness and self-compassion to manage your emotions, how to support yourself to find more balance to decrease levels of stress and overwhelm and breathing space around harsh edges of discomfort, using labels to acknowledge how we feel without judgement as we connect with our emotions on the path to healing.

Self compassion and Boundaries

In this lesson, you'll learn about the importance of setting boundaries and understanding your values and beliefs to determine what's acceptable and unacceptable, communicating your needs with compassion and empathy.

Self Compassion and The Inner Critic

In this lesson, you'll discover why the negative voice keeps us on track of the negative side of things and reinforces the unworthiness and how to turn towards the difficulties as a result of that harsh and critical voice with more self-compassion by befriending the inner critic holding us back.

Lesson 5

Stress and Self Compassion

In this lesson, we will look at how stress holds us back if not managed properly, think about times you feel stressed, and how you handle it. Quite often we are very critical and put a lot of pressure on ourselves. You'll discover how self-compassion can be helpful during these times, the causes and effects of stress and provide you with effective techniques for managing stress more effectively.

Self-Forgiveness

In this lesson, you'll learn about the powerful healing of self-forgiveness for our health and well-being to bring to your life with effective ways of using self-inquiry, treating ourselves with more kindness in times of suffering and when we make mistakes to relate to ourselves and others in a kind and compassionate way, whilst recognising suffering is part of the human experience we all go through difficult times.
