One of the very best. Excellent audio, no annoying, manipulative music or unrelated background sounds. Beautiful, clear voice with the right balance of empathy, skill, and wisdom. Thoughtful placement and duration of pauses. Beautiful, clear, crisp bell. I gravitate toward the MBSR-related meditations and almost always find them helpful.
