Meet your Teacher

Zachary Phillips is a poet, author, meditation instructor, and mindset coach. He is also a qualified teacher, Reiki master, and is currently studying a Master of Counselling. In these roles he helps people identify and release the limiting beliefs that no longer serve them, guiding them from surviving to passionately thriving using tips, tools, and techniques that enable them to process the past, accept the present, and embrace the future with positivity and purpose.

Lesson 1

What Do You Actually Want?

This session begins with a simple question: 'Why don't you start now?' - if your resolution is truly aligned with your highest purpose, there is no reason why you should arbitrarily wait until a certain day on the calendar. You should act now. From there we discuss the importance of value drive choices and touch upon the fleeting nature of motivation, using it to instil habit and routine rather than relying on it to persist eternally.

Goal Setting & Maintaining The Habit

This session introduces the concept's of 'S.M.A.R.T.' and 'D.U.M.B.' goals, intertwining their teachings to help you craft a resolution in a way that will uniquely work for you. We also cover aspects of habit building, including considerations of how to ensure that it is life appropriate, getting your family on board, and other must have for implementation any successful change.
