Alicia's personal passion for yoga led her to attain hundreds of accredited hours in yoga and mindfulness training, providing her with a well-rounded, holistic approach to health and wellness. I’m not a stranger to doing this type of work, but not so much since I was sick and had a double mastectomy and butchered and left a complete mess by doctors…, both physically and emotionally due to the physical.
