You'll deepen your ability to listen, track, move, and work with effort, stuck energy, and emotions—opening the door to more freedom, aliveness, and a deeper connection to yourself. This journey will bring you into greater intimacy with your body and life itself. We live our lives through our bodies, when that relationship shifts, everything else does too.


Meet your Teacher

Aspen Marino is a wild one from the mountains of Montana. Her medicine is body-based and soul-oriented. She helps you get unstuck and free who you are, through the lens of the body. Her work is about recognizing the ways we limit our freedom, cut ourselves off, and create patterns of suffering—and guiding the process of opening these places up. Through hands-on bodywork, somatic coaching, teaching, and facilitating, she supports people in growing their capacity to let energy move through them, bringing them ever more alive and into who they really are.

Introduction To The Course

Lesson 2

Befriending The Body

In this lesson, you will be taking the language of sensations you are learning, and use it to explore the body with kindness and curiosity. Creating deeper intimacy, trust, and a depth of attention. It can be scary to dive into the body, and so take it at the right pace for you, know that you can keep coming back as you grow your capacity, attention, and fluency of the language of the body.

Lesson 3

Cultivating Safety

In this lesson, you will take what you've been learning so far and use it to explore a felt sense of safety in the body. Often, we have an idea of what safety is, but the more we can connect to the physical sensations of safety, the more real and resourcing it becomes in our body.

Lesson 4

Resourcing

In this lesson, you will learn the tool of Embodied Resourcing. This will support you in pumping up your nervous system, increasing your capacity to meet challenges, and deepening your connection to your body.

Lesson 5

Contraction & Flow

In this lesson, we are deepening our physicality and ability to feel the difference in the body between contracted energy and flowing energy. One of the fundamental frameworks for this work is that everything is energy in the body, and it’s either flowing or contracted. When we begin to learn the difference in the body, we start to deepen our ability to work with that contraction, therefore opening up physical and emotional patterns of contraction that are keeping us stuck in our life.

Lesson 6

Expanding Your Awareness

In this lesson, you learn how to tap into the different planes of experience held in the word Embodiment. The emotional landscape, the physical body, and the mental landscape. By learning to tune into these different channels, you deepen your capacity to pay attention, to feel what's true in any given moment, and to hold yourself in your experience, therefore having more choice, agency, and possibility.

Lesson 7

Meeting What's Here ~ Working With Effort

In this lesson, you’ll take the tools you’ve been exploring and apply them more deeply through a body-based practice that works with opening effort in the body. This powerful practice helps you meet what’s present in your body and open it up—without needing to analyze or understand it—simply by being with what’s here as a body.

Lesson 8

Working With Reactions

In this lesson, we will be taking everything we've learned so far and applying it to life. Working with a reaction that happens in your life and opening it up through the body, therefore increasing your capacity in those moments, while also healing history and gaining qualities, parts, and pieces of yourself back.

Lesson 9

Working With Emotions

In this lesson, we will do a similar practice to the one we did with reactions, but with more of a focus on emotions. I will give you a framework in which you can start to think about emotions and explore them in your body so you can have more of an empowered relationship to them.

Lesson 10

Integration & Alignment

In this final session, you’ll take time to reflect on your journey, then I’ll guide you through a gentle body practice to connect with your heart. We’ll close with a somatic centering practice to help your system integrate and align with what matters most—giving your body time to fully digest this course.
