Hello and welcome to this short little reset.
You can use this at any time.
So beginning to take some nice full deep breaths,
Listening to how your body wants to breathe so it might feel good to inhale through the nose and to sigh out the mouth or it might feel good to breathe in and out through the nose or even in and out through the mouth.
Just taking a moment here to breathe how your body wants to breathe.
Follow any intuitive movement or sound that might be woken from breathing.
Feeling the body undo,
Allowing yourself to arrive right here,
Right now.
Taking in one last full breath however feels good for you.
And then begin to drop your awareness down into your feet.
Feeling your feet right here,
Right now.
When we find our feet we know where we are,
So allowing your awareness to fill your feet.
Letting that awareness travel up through your legs,
Into your hips,
Into your belly,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your face.
And if it's available,
Bringing one hand to your belly and one hand to your heart.
Feeling your touch,
Feeling your breath.
And noticing what is here,
What physical sensations are alive in your body right now.
What emotions are present and alive in your body right now.
Can you breathe and allow the energy and the life that is right here,
Right now.
Feeling the face and the jaw breathing into the energy,
The sensations,
Breathing into life without trying to fix it or change it or make it better.
And saying these words aloud,
I am here,
I am right here.
And I love you,
I love you,
I love you,
I love you.
Breathing into those words,
Breathing into your body.
And from this place of connection,
Moving mindfully into whatever is next.
