Struggle to wind down or stay asleep? Over 21 gentle nights, you’ll build a calming, repeatable bedtime ritual using breath, gratitude, body scans, soothing imagery, nature soundscapes, and silent practice. Each session is arranged to lower arousal, quiet racing thoughts, and condition your brain to associate bed with easeful rest. If you miss a night, continue the next day; consistency over perfection. You will switch off “fight or flight” with simple breathwork and body scans and ease into sleep with comforting imagery and nature-based sound journeys.
