Hi,

Friend.

My name is Samantha.

Today,

I'm going to guide you down into a restful and rejuvenating deep sleep.

So just take a moment and get settled into a nice,

Comfortable position,

In a place you can feel undisturbed.

It is common that a busy mind tries to keep you from making the leap from awake to sleep.

I'm going to give you another chance to think about these things.

As we often try to go into our sleep way too fast,

This results in our mind racing when we make that quick jump.

So take that last chance to go through any worries,

Any concerns that you have that you're keeping from getting a restful night's sleep.

Go ahead and think as hard as you can about anything that's stuck in your mind.

But when you do this,

You only give each thought one chance to think about it,

And then you will say you will let it go.

As each thought arises that's keeping you from feeling relaxed,

Simply say to that thought,

Okay,

I've acknowledged you,

So now it's time to leave.

You will give it time tomorrow,

But tonight is your time to rest.

It's your time right now.

It's time for your relaxation.

So now continue,

Think your thoughts,

And only give them one chance to be present themselves,

And continue to say,

Now it is time for you to go.

As you watch these thoughts coming,

Notice how less repetitive they come.

You're emptying these thoughts out by actively letting each of them go.

If something arises that you already thought about,

Kindly ask that you are letting it go once and that is all because you deserve a restful sleep.

You deserve this time.

It is your time,

And kindly tell it you will come back to it tomorrow.

You only have a few more moments longer to think of anything that's left,

So continue letting everything go completely.

Restful sleep is natural for you.

It's natural for everyone.

However,

Until now,

You've allowed your thoughts to have control over you,

Keeping you from getting the slumber that you deserve.

But now you're done with this habit because restful sleep is natural for you,

And overthinking is unnecessary and unnatural.

So if you had any reoccurring thoughts,

You have now asked them to leave,

And you're doing exactly what you've been needing to do for so very long.

Only one last chance to see any thoughts coming,

And say to that last thought,

Leave my mind so that I can have the natural restful sleep that I truly deserve.

And as these daily concerns fade and become less aggressive in your mind,

You should feel your body becoming lighter and lighter.

You should also feel that your mind is lighter too,

As all your worries are either gone or at least have been set aside for later.

As right now,

You should only be concentrating on the task at hand,

And that is for you to have a good night's sleep.

A gentle floating sensation sweeps over you,

And this is the most relaxed you have felt in a long time.

You notice a slight sound of the gentle breath,

And it reminds you of a calm breeze,

Or maybe a serene ocean,

Or perhaps a clear stream just trickling by.

Your breath is very similar to these scenes in nature,

Because your breath is the most natural thing in this world.

Your breath slows a bit more,

Which means you're very relaxed and ready to doze off into a beautiful sleep.

It's been so long since you've been able to fall asleep so easily that your body welcomes this sensation.

Your mind has been so kind and letting go of any repetitive thoughts,

Because you have acknowledged them.

And then kindly ask them to leave.

Your mind listens very well to your instruction.

Now,

Knowing that your mind listens to you well,

Listens to you well,

Start to ask your mind to drift and wander to the thought of a soft and fluffy pillow.

You may be lucky enough to be laying on one right now,

And if not,

That is okay.

You will still receive a beautiful night's rest.

You can imagine this pillow and feel its softness supporting you,

Feeling how this pillow was created just for you.

To rest your head upon it.

The truth is,

It was designed by someone who wished you a happy night's sleep,

As they want you to have one every night,

As you deserve it so very much for the beautiful,

Compassionate person that you are.

Give thanks to the creator of this soft,

Comfy pillow.

It is a very important tool in a restful sleep.

The sound of my voice is starting to become distant now,

And the sensations of sleep are drawing so very close.

The frequency of sleeping sweeps over your mind,

And is a very pleasant feeling.

These sensations come very natural for you.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

You can almost sense the feeling of being a tiny baby when sleeping came often and easily for you.

When you were a baby,

Your breath filled your belly and soothed you.

You were wrapped in various soft blankets by those who cared for you.

They were warm,

They were gentle,

They were so soft on your body.

People cared for you when you were a baby,

And were delighted to see you resting peacefully.

They knew how important it was to rejuvenate ourselves with sleep.

They smiled as they watched you close your eyes and had the sweet face as you smiled,

Sleeping,

And just rejuvenating your body.

That same position you have now,

Being happy in this pillow,

Comfortable,

Knowing that you will get a nice,

Restful slumber.

You remember how you slept easily and so nicely with them.

When you were a little baby,

Just as you do now,

Paw on your soft pillow.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

You can barely notice your breath now because it has softened to only what is needed for a deep and restful sleep.

This is completely natural,

And it feels so wonderful.

Just enjoy this time.

I'm very delighted to see you sleeping as well.

You deserve this.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

You deserve a restful sleep.

You deserve a natural slumber.

You deserve to let go of unnecessary thoughts.

You deserve to sleep in a way that you feel completely rejuvenated.

When you arise,

Everyone you know also deserve to see you well-rested,

And they are overjoyed to hear this news.

When you tell them you're getting the natural sleep that you need every single night now,

As you sleep deeply and soundly,

Your dreams are constructive,

And they offer a place for learning.

Your dreams contribute to a happy,

Wakeful life.

Your dreams complement your good qualities,

And offer feelings of completion.

Let the dreamy feeling flow and float down,

Taking you all different kinds of wonderful places,

Having important experiences,

And learning new things every single day.

You sleep deeply and soundly.

It is effortless for you to get to sleep.

Every single night,

So that you retain this wonderful habit as you deserve it.

Sleep comes so easily to you.

Sleeping soundly is natural for you now.

Those you love are delighted that you sleep so soundly,

So deeply,

Getting the rest you need.

It is your human right to always get a good night's sleep.

It is your human right to be completely rejuvenated when you arise.

You deserve this.

You always have.

And now,

If you have not faded into a slumber yet,

Let my voice completely fade away,

And enjoy this rest you naturally experience.

I like that it has a longer time because it takes me awhile to fall asleep and this really helps.
