You don’t need to be an artist to take this course, just curiosity, a pen or pencil, and paper. Meet your Teacher

Kristen Phillips is an artist and teacher whose work explores the connection between creativity, imagination, and self-discovery. With a background in fine art, art history, and contemplative practice, she guides others in using simple art-based exercises to process emotions and reconnect with themselves. Kristen’s approach blends mindfulness, emotional awareness, and creative expression, offering accessible practices that help people meet themselves more fully on the page.
