Transcript

Welcome to this morning meditation.

This practice will help you feel more grounded and present,

So your day starts with a sense of calm,

Clarity,

And purpose.

Please close your eyes and take a full,

Deep breath in.

Slowly,

Exhale it out.

Do that two or three more times.

With each breath,

Let go of any tension or expectations about what the day may bring.

Send your attention to your feet.

Keep your awareness in your feet as you slowly move up through your legs,

To your pelvis,

Your belly,

And your chest.

Now to your shoulders,

Down your arms,

And into your hands.

Feel your body waking up,

Becoming more present,

More grounded,

More connected to yourself and the world around you.

Now take a moment to set your intention for today.

What feeling or energy would you like to bring with you?

Hold that intention gently in your mind as you continue to breathe into the entire space of your body.

Take one last deep breath in,

And as you release it,

Carry the sense of presence and purpose into your day.
