We continue the exercise from Lesson 1, now adding a mirror. The mirror helps you look at yourself as the child of your father, recognizing both him and the part of him within you. It’s essential to stay fully present to your emotions as they arise—this is where transformation happens. Each reflection becomes a step toward deeper healing and self-recognition.

Looking At Your Father’s Picture

This session invites you to add a picture of your father to the exercise. By looking at their image with honesty and compassion, you begin to release hidden pain. Do not repress your emotions—feel them fully to free them. This process opens the heart and restores love’s natural flow.

Hugging Your Father — The Healing Of Contact

In this lesson, we bring physical presence into the practice through the symbolic or real act of hugging your father. This gesture of connection dissolves walls and softens the heart. Whether done in visualization or in real life, the hug allows love to flow again. You honor your father as life’s source—and in doing so, you honor yourself.

Deepening The Healing — Presence With Your Father

This final lesson invites you to go deeper into the practice, ideally with your father physically present.
