Hello and welcome to this meditation.
We are going to balance our chakras that impact our quality of sleep and sometimes are the source of our issues with sleep,
Not being able to sleep at certain times or having a bad quality of sleep or staying all night up or having nightmares.
So during this audio we are going to balance our chakras beginning by the ones that are the most impacted regarding to sleep issues and you are going to do a visualization at the same time that you are going to listen to these audios and you are going to be invited to say mantras in order to further balance these chakras and we are going to do it step by step by going to each chakra and please if you feel that some chakras need more balancing,
More clearing then please rewind the audio till you reach that section and we do it so that it furthers your experience of relaxation to the next level of being at the point of sleeping.
Sometimes the result is that the negative emotions are reduced,
The inner chatter is reduced,
The sensation of being all the time hyperactive is reduced,
Inner peace is increased,
Inner calm is increased and staying in the moment present is increased.
Please just relax and feel your body relaxing.
You can lay down or stay seated and we are going to begin with the solar plexus and I invite you to envision a yellow color entering your solar plexus.
Feel it entering your solar plexus in your front body and in your body at the back.
Envision it just like a canal that goes from the front to the back and that it receives this yellow color.
Envision this chakra moving from the right to the left.
Sometimes you might envision it going quickly with quick movements,
Sometimes it might have in a regular rhythm and sometimes it is slow and the rhythm of your front solar plexus might be different from the one of your back solar plexus.
So just envision this solar plexus,
Feel it,
Hear it,
See it depending on how you perceive things and if you don't feel it just relax and let it happen.
Just envision yourself sending the orange light to this chakra and feel the movement,
Feel the rhythm of this chakra beginning to be regular.
Feel the size of this chakra and take the time to just envision this orange color entering this chakra.
Some people sometimes envision other colors that to enter that chakra.
Go with your intuition and pick whatever color that your intuition tells you and repeat the mantra Ram.
You can repeat it as long as you need to balance this chakra by continuing with the mantra Ram.
Do you feel some changes in your body?
How do you feel your emotions?
Do you feel some shift in your emotions?
And now we are going to balance the root chakra and I invite you to envision red color or white color entering the base of your spine in the pelvic floor and perineum.
Just envision this red or white color enter this chakra and feel which color would be the best fit.
Please say the mantra Lam.
Continue with the mantra Lam and feel how your body reacts.
Do you feel that you are more relaxed?
And now feel the energy of this root chakra.
Just envision or feel or hear or see if this energy stays in this chakra or if it is redistributed to other chakras.
Just stay with the experience and don't try to judge it.
Just live it.
Let's go for the chakras of the head.
All the thoughts that stay in your head meanwhile you want to sleep.
We are going to balance the head chakra.
It's called the crown chakra and try to envision a violet or a white light entering into this chakra that is in the top of your head.
Envision it entering.
Envision it going from the top and going to be redistributed to the other chakras that need it.
And now please say the mantra Om.
Your body relaxing.
Feel the silence in your head increasing.
Feel the inner peace entering and staying.
Feel the inner relaxation of your body.
And now we are going to balance the third eye chakra,
The Ajna chakra that is between your eyes.
And please the indigo color,
A midnight blue color entering the Ajna chakra that is located between your eyes and your head.
And try to envision it just like a channel that goes from the front side of your body to the back of your body.
And envision this midnight blue color,
The indigo color entering through that channel and balancing the front side of this chakra and the back side of it.
Feel the movement of this chakra being normal.
Feel the silence being normal.
Feel it being in the middle of the body.
Let's go to the throat chakra.
The throat chakra is regarding your ability to speak up.
So,
Imagine a blue color entering your throat area,
The throat chakra in the front and in the back of your body.
Imagine it entering there and feel the movement of this throat chakra.
Is it a regular movement?
Is it going too fast?
Is it really slow?
How is the size?
Feel that this blue color is entering there and it is balancing this chakra,
Is clearing it from all the negativity that is inside.
And please say the mantra HUM.
The more you say the mantra,
The more its frequencies are going to enter this chakra and balance it,
Clear it.
Let's go for the chakra that is below the solar plexus,
Which is the navel chakra.
White energy entering this navel chakra in the front side and the back side of it,
Just like a channel.
Feel it.
Cleansing it.
Balancing it.
And feel the energy being redistributed to other chakras and please feel it being balanced.
Feel it being stabilized,
Energized.
And say the mantra RAM.
RAM.
RAM.
Feel it entering the navel chakra.
How do you feel?
How relaxed are you now?
How close are you to the sleep?
How are your emotions?
How are your thoughts?
How is your inner peace,
Inner relaxation,
Your relaxation of your body?
Do you need more of a certain chakra?
Then go back to that section and listen more of it.
I advise you to listen multiple times to this audio in order to further relax your body,
Clear whatever needs to be cleared from this chakra system.
As you have a routine of taking a daily bath,
A daily shower,
Your energetic body needs this cleansing in order to stay relaxed,
Emotionally detached and sleepy.
