We are going to explore three different techniques that can help you to be rid of it.
One of the efficient methods is EFT,
Emotional Freedom Technique and TFT,
Thought Field Therapy.
Both consist in thinking of the negative experience and at the same time tapping on certain points of the face and the body.
A few minutes later,
The body begins releasing the negative emotions stored in the body.
Another method consists of NLP,
Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
One of the tools of this methodology consists in exchanging the memory of the stored trauma with a neutral or positive image.
Another way of doing it is through Pranic Healing.
It is a method that clears the chakras from the negative emotions of the trauma and phobia.
The chakras,
For who doesn't know what they are,
Are energy wheels in our energetic body.
To function at their best,
Your chakras need to stay open or balanced.
If they get blocked,
You may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra.
So,
You can unblock and balance these chakras with yoga poses,
Breathing exercises or meditation.
And the chakras to clear for trauma and fear and phobia are solar plexus located in the pit of the stomach,
The Ajna chakra located between the eyes and the crown chakra located above the head.
There are many other ways to clear traumas and fear.
