And during this audio we are going to do a letter of liberation of your family clan.
We repeat patterns inherited from our family,
And this letter that we are going to create is going to help us free these intangible loyalties that we have towards our previous generations.
We are going to free ourselves from innocence,
Guilt,
Resentment,
Coldness,
Indifference,
Rape,
Bad luck in love,
Lack of affection,
Harnesshness,
Secrets,
Tragedies,
Deceptions,
Infidelities,
Betrayals,
Thefts,
Lies.
We are going to free ourselves from everything that is causing our illness and problems.
So you can write a letter,
So whatever that I say you can write it as a letter,
Or you can just repeat after me each sentence by being fully present.
So let's begin.
I,
Say your name and surname,
In this act I gift my family to which I belong this letter.
With the help,
Love and presence of God and Holy Spirits,
I bless my family and I apologize.
I free my family and I free myself from it.
I free myself and I free my great-grandparents,
My grandparents,
My parents,
My uncles,
My cousins,
My brothers,
My children,
Even if you don't have them,
The friends or enemies of the family,
Everyone,
People around me and to every person who has been with me at any time.
I free them from all the unconscious programs that have been inherited from me.
I release you and I release myself from any offense that another family has received from mine.
I ask forgiveness to everyone on behalf of whomever has offended on behalf of my family.
Today I free myself and all my family and acquaintances from memories,
Economic loss,
Conflicts over inheritance,
Waste,
Murder,
Sudden or violent death,
Suicides,
Mental illnesses,
Physical illnesses,
Accidents,
Rapes,
Judgment,
Adulteries,
Unwanted children,
Unborn children,
Unrecognized children,
Abandoned children,
Incest,
Abandonment,
Cruelty,
Beatings,
Physical violence,
Emotional violence,
Infidelities,
Deceptions,
Betrayals,
Bad luck and love,
Curses,
Uprootings,
Heartbreak,
False jobs,
Slavery,
Wars,
Unrevealed secrets,
Memories of pain,
Sadness and crying and of everything that is a shame or a limitation.
Today I free myself and all my family and acquaintances from everything that has affected the members of my family and all their families so that these memories are no longer inherited through me,
So that these memories no longer continue to be perpetuated in me and in future generations.
Here are the details and I would like you to remember all the things that you say that your parents did and disapprove of.
For example,
Today I release and free myself from my father,
Put his name,
From his abuse and his alcoholism,
Please feel free to say and to write whatever thing that you think that your father did.
Today I release and free myself from my mother,
Put her name,
Her submissive character and her diabetes.
Today I cut all ties with all those memories and free myself from all the burden,
Correspond for my good and that of everyone involved.
Today I thank God,
The Holy Spirit and the Universe.
Today I know that I am free and I remain free,
It is done,

Thank you.
So now you can just imagine that all these words are going towards your ancestors,
That you are getting rid of those ancient memories of your clan and if you decide to write the letter,
You can read it out loud,
Burn it and get rid of the ashes lovingly,
Giving them to the earth,
The sea or the river,
So that they take care of those ancient memories of your clan.
That simple and with awareness you free yourself from everything that your unconscious has been carrying and inheriting and mostly repeating.
It's much better to do this exercise for a minimum of 21 days because it's the minimum cycle of the unconscious to stop repeating patterns.
So now what we are going to do is that I am going to explain to you some of the sentences so that you would understand what is behind everything and the impact of it in your life.
So I am going just to pick some of the sentences and explain them to you.
I release myself from any offence that another family has received from mine and I ask forgiveness to everyone on behalf of whoever has offended,
On behalf of my family.
We are all one when there is an offence that is made by a clan to another.
The faith is really connected and unconsciously there is some repairing that is made from one another in order to create some justice.
So by releasing these offences that your own clan has created,
You just free all the other members from having to live through a situation,
A negative situation of getting even.
That's why asking for forgiveness is very important.
The same goes for any offences that your clan has done to others.
It's the same,
It goes around.
So when for instance you do a family constellation with a person regarding an issue that she has,
Sometimes it's the story behind it that is the most appealing.
There was an ancestor that did harm to another clan and then the new member of this clan,
Of your clan,
Is being faithful to the enemy's one and he is getting even with that story.
So that's why sometimes it's very important to be in forgiveness of whatever your clan did and whatever your clan received.
The same goes for memories of economic loss,
Conflicts,
Finite debt,
Etc.
Because when there is some,
There is no closure,
Respect of anything that happened in the past from your ancestors in order to keep them alive and consciously repeat some patterns,
Some repeating stories.
The same goes for unwanted children,
Unborn children,
Unrecognized children because their soul doesn't rest in peace and their stories keeps on being repeated till for instance a secret is revealed,
Till the unborn child is recognized by his brothers and sisters.
We say that these stories don't have to be perpetuated in mean future generations.
When you do this exercise and you do it for 21 days and you begin feeling better,
You are acting on behalf of all the clan in the past,
In the present and mostly in the future generations that don't need to repeat them.
The same goes for releasing whatever you feel that your parents did wrong.
Because having a judgment on them makes you being unconsciously loyal to them and repeating that same abuses,
Alcoholism,
Submissive character,
Diabetes and all those negative traits of these people.
You keep on repeating them and even the next generations in order for them unconsciously to include those people,
Those ancestors,
They will tend to take on these negative traits in order to have them included in the clan again.
So that's why accepting these people,
Your parents,
Accepting their faith,
Their negative trait is part of the job of making that sure that the repetition doesn't repeat itself.
So I just gave some few explanations because it was important to explain how this letter is helping you not repeat some stories of your lineage.
So please do it for 21 days and leave a comment what was the result of it.
