Hi and welcome to this meditation where you are going to be invited to listen to a music that is going to balance your chakras for you to sleep.

I am Zhihan Laraishi and I am an energy coach.

Each chakra has a frequency and vibration and there are some chakras that govern your sleep like the solar plexus that governs your emotions.

And when you have a turmoil of emotions you can't sleep.

So we are going to balance your chakras one by one by beginning with the ones that are the first to be negatively impacted and that do create insomnia problems.

I invite you just to relax and to allow yourself to absorb the frequencies and vibrations of healing of these chakras and to envision yourself receiving these healing frequencies.

So we are going to heal step-by-step each different chakra and if you feel that you need more of the frequency and vibration of a specific chakra please rewind the audio to have more benefits from that specific chakra.
