This course was created because Jihane is in contact with close family members and friends who have anger outbursts, and she learned breathing techniques to deal with her emotional reaction. She developed many tools to protect her energy from this impact to stay close. The consequence is a maintained proximity with her loved ones and an emotional distance from the trigger situations, a better emotional and mental well-being.


Meet your Teacher

Jihane Laraichi is a certified energy healer and coach. She is certified in many energy techniques and has developed a gift for healing her issues and others with her hands, She had an awakening to the energy world in 2012 and since then developed a big interest in how energy impacts our daily lives, our emotional and mental wellness and health. She combines coaching techniques with body energy techniques to offer unique courses. Her goal is to help every person develop self-awareness of their potential to heal one's emotions and health.
