
Meditation Resolving Blocks To Abundance
Do you feel blocked in your way to attracting abundance and keeping it? This meditation guides you to resolve step by step each block to your conscious and unconscious abundance by Energycoach Jihane Laraichi.

Hi,
My name is Jehanne Laraichi and I am an energy coach.
Do you think that you deserve to be abundant but you don't seem to find what blocks you to get there?
In this video,
We are going to explore an exercise that will allow you to find the root causes of your blocks.
These blocks can be unresolved traumas,
Negative belief systems,
Fear of the future,
Etc.
Please have a paper and pen close to you to write any blocks that come to your mind.
Please write them down immediately after thinking of them because most of the time it comes from your intuition and it disappears few minutes later if not written down.
You are going to create a map that will take you from your present time to a state of experience and abundance.
This technique is done best if you can walk through your physical space in a room and if that's not possible,
You can also use space on a desk,
Table or just a piece of paper.
Doing this exercise with a friend can be better but doing it alone is effective too.
So the first step is to choose a goal.
Please choose a concrete target that you hope to achieve in the future regarding your abundance.
If you're not sure what your target might be,
Go back to the list of the 10 things that you would like to achieve in your life.
You can also need some small objects or pieces of paper to use as markers.
Find a spot that represents where you are now in your life and place a marker on that spot.
Choose a spot that represents your goal.
Place the goal marker some distance away from the spots that represent your current life position.
On the line between them,
Start moving away from the present spot and towards your goal.
It's better if you are up walking so that you can feel your physical body.
Move slowly and observe your thoughts.
Notice your physical reactions along the way and you can write them down.
Any thought that comes to you,
Any belief,
Any reaction that your body has,
If a thought,
An image,
Or voice,
Or physical sensation creates an obstacle between you and your goal,
Drop a marker at that spot and record your thoughts.
Record exactly if they are your thoughts or the thoughts of somebody else,
Maybe a parent,
Maybe your boss.
Record if it is memory.
Record again how you are up,
The physical sensations that you have.
Do you feel at ease?
Do you have some tingling in your body?
Then continue on the path and mark and respond to any other obstacles in the same way.
Whenever a thought,
An image,
A voice,
Physical sensation creates another obstacle,
You stop this audio and you write it down.
It can be a little bit difficult and you're gonna make it.
You continue this exercise till you reach the marker of your target.
Then now we're gonna do the second part of this exercise.
We're gonna go back from the beginning and we're gonna explore again,
You know,
Every block that you have.
So you are again on a spot that represents your goal and then you come back to the other current life position,
To the beginning of it.
So now again move slowly towards your goal and observe your thoughts.
Are there any other thoughts,
Any other physical sensations that come up?
If that's the same thoughts and physical sensations,
Just imagine where they are coming from.
Is it from your left?
Is it from inside?
Is it from the top?
Is it yours?
Is it from somebody else?
And then say this sentence,
I retrieve all my energy bound up in,
And you describe the obstacle and this physical sensation that I have and this thought that I have,
And you name it.
I say it again,
I retrieve all my energy bound up in,
And you describe the obstacle.
And you say the second part of the sentence,
Which is,
I take it back to the right place in myself.
I retrieve all my energy bound up in this obstacle,
And you name the obstacle,
I take it back to the right place in myself.
You stay just there for a few minutes,
For a few seconds,
And you observe.
Is it the same or did it change?
Did it clear?
How do you feel your body?
Do you feel a difference?
Now,
You can stop this audio in the meantime that you have results on it,
And when you think that the result is quite better,
You can continue with this audio.
Now you can continue on the path and you check again any other obstacle that you had in the past.
You check if there are any other obstacles that come in the way,
And you write it down.
For every obstacle,
You notice if there are other thoughts,
Other images that come to you,
And you write them down.
When it is all written down,
You stay put in that position,
Exactly in the position of the physical sensation that creates a block.
You still remember the thought,
The image,
The voice.
Where does it come from?
And you say this sentence,
I retrieve all my energy bound up in this obstacle and take it to the right place in myself.
You can stop this audio in the meantime.
The sensation begins to evaporate.
You begin taking a distance with the images,
The voices,
The thoughts related to it,
And when you think that the result is good,
You continue again on the path and mark and respond to any other obstacle in the same way.
Once you've reached the marker of your target,
Explore if there are any blocks left in the spot.
If yes,
You go back again to the present time and you walk again the path and notice if there are any other obstacles.
Sometimes it's the same obstacles with other thoughts that were not there at the beginning,
And now they can come up.
You can solve them in the same way.
Sometimes there are other obstacles that show up.
You can resolve them too with the same way,
Till you get again to your target.
When you get to your target,
How do you feel?
Do you feel better?
Check with your body sensations.
Check your thoughts.
Do you believe that you can achieve this goal?
If yes,
Amazing!
Then now define an action plan.
What are your sensations?
What are your emotions?
What are your thoughts?
Are they positive thoughts?
You can increase them with affirmations.
We have reached now the end of this audio.
