From this place, we will connect fully with our emotional state. As we contemplate the state of our nervous system, this will reveal to us the state of our core essence, our inner child. We are so focused on the external world, that we overlook an entire inner world, our core essence. When out of alignment, we experience extreme mood changes, panic attacks, and physical illness. In this course, we will learn to be mindful of our energy and come back into alignment. We will do this by truly understanding the reason for our misalignment. Usually, we can notice that not only our inner child is dysregulated, but we often have an overdrive of masculine or feminine energy.


Meet your Teacher

Alice (The Priestess Whispers) is an Italian-trained massage therapist with 15 years experience in alternative spiritual practices and mental wellbeing. She is also trained in reflexology, with a natural inclination on energy healing. Alice defines herself as a mystic, due to years of experience with the paranormal and communication with the spirit world. Lesson 1

Divine Inner Child Recovery

The masculine overdrive feels like we have been swimming against the flow our entire life. We’ve been valued for achieving goals and meeting expectations. As a result, our subconscious becomes programmed to suppress our feelings. In the feminine overdrive, we gave up our ambition to play it safe, we became passive, unable to see our impact in the world, in our own lives. In our adult life, this transformed into people-pleasing and many destructive behaviors: the fear of taking risks, refusing to step out of the comfort zone, fear of pursuing dreams and desires, and many things have been compromised, like your self-esteem, your sense of personal power, and the ability to see your potential and your talents. In both cases, we are sabotaging the balance of our inner essence, which is made of two opposite energies: the yin and the yang. If we continue the chase, we will burn out. If we continue to hide we lose our sense of self. Our inner child will suppress our emotions and needs, in search of approval. Validation was the only way to receive love. We conformed and performed to meet expectations. We ignored the pain and suffering, the need for unconditional love, attention, and safety, so we repressed all of that, all energy will emerge in some way. We are worthy, just by existing. In order to heal, our inner child has to feel unconditional love, safety, and support. We will release the repressed energy and density while reprogramming this concept into our inner child.

Lesson 2

Surrender, Release, Recover

For a moment, reflect on all you’ve done in your life to prove, achieve, and make a point, or reflect on how much you have been hiding and suppressing. Face the hard truth, we deserve everything and are worthy just because we exist. Now. we can stop fighting or hiding, and feel whole. When we chase, the universe will set us up to keep chasing. When we hide, we will attract situations that do not value us. Breathe in the relief that comes from surrendering, This will allow our inner child to release all that was repressed. We can move into establishing a safe space in which we can let the energy and emotion we suppressed all those years emerge and move freely. We will witness the surfacing of important messages. We will create space for your essence to be exposed! It needs to be seen, worshipped, and most of all nourished. This will allow us to create a safe, flow state where we can work. Daily practice: Take notes of messages and emotions from our finally-liberated inner child, your essence is composed of the light and darkness, by your traumas and unconscious conditioning, so we need to explore both sides and bring them to light with compassion and no judgment. Check in emotionally every day and allow all that needs to emerge, freely, without judgment. This can be like opening pandora's box, years of suppressed emotions overflow. The first step is to be gentle! Every day, do some gentle breathing and allow all emotions to emerge, giving attention to the state of you inside instead of covering it with your “task list,” or moving into overacting overdoing energy (that is a form of escapism).

Lesson 3

The Body Of Wisdom

Our body modifies itself according to our emotions and thoughts. The body is like a divine plant, when nurtured, it will blossom in total divine beauty. Years in overdrive, it’s pushed us to plan what our body will do through the mind, but zero attention is given to what we actually need. If money wasn’t an issue, what’s the first thing you’d want to do? Most people will say, sleep for a month because when the mind is finally free from stress, it will be out of the game and the real needs of the body can emerge. Once you trust the body and do what it needs, the desired outcome will come without chasing or hiding. The goal of this session is to become aware of our body's needs. The body simply knows best, but we’ve been trained in our lives not to go within, to do things according to external pressures (duties responsibilities, etc.). We will relearn it all, just by listening to what the body really needs. First, the well-being of our vessel becomes the priority! If our body needs to rest or do, and trust its strongest authority. We ask forgiveness for the time we didn’t listen, and we honor what is. We honor the state of being and feelings that arise. All this time, we’ve been taught to look for a savior outside of us. The solution is hidden inside our bodies, the savior is your body. We can simply commit to feeding our body and soul, and we will attract all the things we have been chasing. We finally learn to go with the current not against it. It’s not about committing to crazy regimes and to-do lists or excessive projects. We start, by committing to what nurtures your soul. For example, taking a bath, breathing exercises, cooking, self-care, whatever disconnects you from the mind to move into your heart and body, the body knows best.

Lesson 4

Releasing, Purging Out

The delicacy of the process: When we began this type of work, the only thing to do is to witness it in an unbiased way. We will witness our tantrums, loop through our panic and anxiety (that will emerge at the idea of not being productive), and our wounded inner critics, simply allowing them to emerge and express themselves fully. You will learn to burn through them, use them as fuel, and let them emerge to be released fully. Acknowledging is to unload the heavy baggage you have been carrying. So in the beginning, we have to allow the ugly to come up, knowing that is a purge, a purification. We become aware and purge the things that come in between us and the playful, vital version of us. When you feel whole and content supported and provided by the universe, everything will then come. Be mindful of distractions, disguised as addictions or attachments. When facing our emotions and uncomfortable situations, that will arise. The ego will try to do what is comfortable and hold on to patterns of behaviors or stories that we created an energetic bond with. We can become addicted to those lower states of being. We respond on autopilot because this is how we deal together with being in pain, misunderstood, forced to fight or prove, or people-please. Victims of situations, we perpetuate that state in a subconscious way because is all we know. We perpetuate a state of luck so we attract more of it, we feel insecure so we attract more of it, we feel we need to control so we attract more control and stress. You will acknowledge all we have felt because what we feel, we manifest. Mindfulness and love are the keys. As soon as you are mindful, send love and try to do something with love, inspiration, and self-love.

Lesson 5

Transmutation

After being out of balance for so many years it will take some time to become fully aware of the loops we have been repeating all our life, waiting and anticipating the worse, or holding a fearful vibration in our field, calling in more mirrors of our past trauma. To break the loop or to contrast this automatism we've created, we have to break the energetical bond we created with the toxic way to cooperate. Being aware and using love is already something, but the real key is learning to transmute energy from one polarity to the other and change the responses we give to old triggers. This is a power that we all have, to become aware of our behavior, go deep within, and find out whether our response to the world comes from wounds, fears, or empowerment. Once we surrender to love and the power of transmutation, we are literally capable of alchemizing and transmuting our own energy, our past stored density in the body or habits, and other people's energy, the darkness of the collective, and mother earth. That is why we need to balance our divine feminine and masculine side. The divine feminine holds space for our divine masculine side, we hold space to burst out of the repressed feelings without judging them. Divine masculine energy allows us to feel protected loved worthy and consequently, we will feel free to express and receive. So every morning, we move from our head to our heart and stomach space (stomach and heart and root chakras often hold traumas and suppressed emotions) so we have to move our focus to those areas and allow things to surface and release. * Included is a breathing session of alchemy. Every time that anxiety appears, we have to use the breath to alchemize.

Numbing Activities

Often, we don't realize the reason why we run to numbing activities, thoughts patterns, or old repetitive behavioral patterns. We enter a state of unease, so we try to fill the void by giving power to those activities. Because we feel unease, we feel that our power is not within us, so we release frustration, anger, disappointment, and anxiety by getting possessed by those coping mechanisms that we adopted during our life to cope with heavy emotions. And then, instead of connecting with what we feel and allowing it to emerge and manifest, we suppress it, making us fall into the overthinking and over-criticizing mind. You need to understand that "the mind" is a problem-solving tool that craves problems to solve and chooses the problem to create. Now, you have just a certain amount of energy in a day ( depending on your vitality state). Your mind, in a peaceful and inspired state, can create solutions that could change your life. But if it's consumed by things that you don't have control over, or drama and worry, you will waste all the energy. You see now why I say: the mind can possess you or serve you. Every thought is energy and we should try to be mindful of what we do with that energy. Affirmation: My mind works for me, my mind serves my heart and my soul. My mind is the tool I use to visualize and create my best present, past, and future. Often, we get so possessed by our mind that we are in complete slavery to it. The mind gets anxious, the mind wants to get dopamine, wants to follow the usual pattern of behaviors like overeating, overindulging, overthinking, over-achieving, overgiving, overcontrolling, and over criticizing, etc. because this is how we dealt with difficult feelings in the past. It struggles to comprehend the power of transmutations through pure awareness. Becoming aware of what you do with it and why you do it, will help you tremendously. That mind represents the logic, routines, achievement, and pleasure from actions, so it represents the divine masculine side of us. Our goal is to make it fall in love with our delicate mystical divine feminine side, the pure child of god spontaneous heart, meaning go back in to celebrate your expressive harmonious free self. Finally, the masculine will learn to dance with the feminine, creating a flow - the sacred dance of life.

Lesson 8

Transcending Duality Through The Sacred Marriage Of The Two Opposite Polarities

The equilibrium of the masculine and feminine, the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous system, is the same balance of night and day, of love and hate, is obtaining no resistance to one or the other, just moving in balance with one and the other. Ancient alchemy books, in fact, constantly represent this equilibrium in painting and sacred symbology. In the Vedas, it was represented with the dance of the two snakes, or in the stories of Shiva and Kaly. Everyone, I believe, can find their unique way to ride those waves, those highs and lows. And you happen to be the one that will put all the pieces together to find your unique way to dance and blossom on this beautiful planet we have because I'm telling you, it is possible. Finding the right balance between your shadow and light means learning to interpret things differently, interpreting every feeling event, craving, or situation, as a tool to empower you and show you something. (Examples of interpreting ) mind and heart, observing month after month the progress and revelations we get from this journey.

Lesson 9

Building & Practicing Sacred Rituals

In this session, we will anchor ourselves to the timeline in which we choose to be divine sacred beings. We move from chaos, frustration, chasing, or hiding to our sacred state. We try to move with grace and have fun along the way. We need to release the focus on what we don’t want and move it toward the things that feed our souls. We want to do things in our daily routine that gives us energy, relief, and joy, we want to take inspired action towards our goals our aspirations, without putting pressure and expectations on our spirit, and ultimately we want to soothe our inner being (because it has been neglected) so it can radiate a different vibration. Create a ritual in the morning and a ritual in the evening, something that symbolizes your coming home to yourself.

Lesson 10

Embodiment

In this session, we will explore the ways we can move away from the mind, and break energetical bonds with certain patterns of behaviors. The embodied person uses most of his energy on being. He does not need to think much, he is careful about what he spends his energy on. Thinking and navigating the mind realm require lots of energy. So we are supposed to think, only when we have a problem to solve and not spend our energy on judging ourselves or every action of people, We use our energy to simply be, and trust the inspirational process. We decide to live in trust, and in inspired actions. Inspired actions come from a nurtured soul, a soul that has been fed with love security and personal attention, stimulation, and uplifting relationships, not with fear-based thought, lack of mentality, or panic. Once we feel whole looked after by the universe and fed with our own divine love we move into flow and alignment. We feel exactly where we are meant to be so our body starts to heal we gain vitality and we start to do inspiration-based actions without expectations, and we trust those actions will lead us there to where we are meant to be.
