Spiritual Aspects Regarding The Art Of Breathing
The Spiritual component of the breath.
In this session, we will talk about how, since ancient times, the breath has been considered the key to accessing the Divine from within, but not understood as a man sitting in the sky, but understood as the Divinity flowing in and out of us.
The Divine is composed of a feminine energy that creates and receives, and a masculine one that gives and does. Once we can create the right balance between these two forces, they fall in love and dance together creating the union between them and The Divine.
Our inner temple therefore will be pervaded by peace and union instead of conflict and opposition.
