Feel Safe In The Now To Attract More Abundance

We often feel anxious because we don't feel safe in the now; our mind finds a million reasons why we are not safe. From the roots everything stars, only from our stability, our connection to the base to the ground we can grow expand and blossom. Our traumas, wounds, and past life situations made us feel unsafe in our bodies, often those traumatic events never get closed. The trauma response keeps us in hyperarousal feeling unsafe, so we can't access the present moment, we end up unconsciously using different coping mechanisms to dissociate, num, and escape the now and its uncomfortable shadows. But if we create a safe place to lean into the uncomfortable, we can transmute and release the shadows we are running from.

Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Today we are trying to connect with our root chakra.

From the roots,

Everything can start to blossom.

Without a foundation,

Nothing can be built.

The foundation is your essence.

The foundation is just your presence.

You are your foundation.

You are your safety nest.

And today,

In this guided meditation,

We will try to move back home.

Inhale with me,

Hold it in and exhale.

Inhale again,

Hold it in and exhale.

Carry on with this breathing and feel your essence relaxing and easing into all the parts of your body.

It's safe to be in here.

It's safe to relax all the area that holds tension.

It's safe to be here in the now.

Inhale,

Hold it in and exhale.

Feel worries,

Tension,

Heaviness moving out of your body.

While you exhale,

I release everything that isn't good for me.

I feel safe in my body.

I feel safe in the present moment.

I allow my body to relax,

To ease.

I inhale this beautiful,

Safe dust through my nose.

I hold it inside my precious temple and I exhale all the darkness and the stress and the heaviness from inside my body.

Gently move your shoulder,

Your neck,

Side to side.

Gently connect with the air.

Come in and come out.

In this moment,

I am safe.

I do not need to use my focus for tomorrow or the past.

I decide to stay here and allow everything that needs to emerge to surface from the depth of my being.

Inhale,

Hold it in and exhale.

When we are so afraid of being here and in the now,

It's because we don't feel safe.

We don't feel safe because we are running from something.

We feel uncomfortable to stay here in our skin,

In our body.

Our mind is racing.

An anxious feeling often comes in the morning or late evening and we use different things to escape this uncomfortability.

We might overdo,

Overachieve,

Overworry.

We might end up overeating,

Smoking,

Distracting ourselves with social media or dopamine.

And it's just because we don't feel safe enough to dive deep into this uncomfortable feeling.

If you stop and stay and lean into the uncomfortable sensations,

You will allow them to come up and show themselves to you.

It's safe to dive deep into the abyss of your unconscious mind.

It's safe to feel uncomfortable things because you are the ocean.

Inhale with me,

Hold it in and release those waves of uncomfortability that we're trying to avoid.

Your mind wants to see you.

They just want you to acknowledge them and see them.

They just want you to create a safe space for them to emerge and show themselves to you.

They want to come to the light.

So let them,

Let them show themselves to you.

Feel them.

Acknowledge them.

Be grateful for the fact that from the shadow,

From the abyss,

They are coming to the light and we are here waiting for them,

Creating an unconditionally loving place for them to emerge.

Inhale,

Hold it and exhale.

Allow your body to melt any rigidity.

Allow your inner child to feel safe,

To express whatever is coming up to surface.

Sometimes it can be tears.

Sometimes it can be a sense of relief.

Sometimes anger or memory.

They want to be acknowledged.

Here it's safe for all those things to emerge.

We are welcoming them with unconditional love and from darkness to light,

We are transmuting them and releasing them.

Inhale,

Hold it in and exhale.

Keep breathing.

Keep softening.

Keep easing into your body.

Feel the tension steaming out.

You are safe.

You can relax.

You can lay back and allow yourself to be open to this healing energy.

Like in a shore,

In a sunny day of an island,

The water is gently refreshing your leg while you lie supported on the sand.

Your body is melting and opening.

The more you open,

This healing energy can penetrate to your feel.

This energy is healing you,

Nurturing you,

Soothing you,

Is caressing you,

Supporting you,

Protecting you.

You are safe.

Little child of God,

Welcome all the shadows that are emerging,

Every deep feeling emerging from the abyss of your unconscious mind.

The universe is conspiring for your highest good.

You don't have to fight.

You don't have to defend yourself anymore.

The sun is shining for you.

The sun is sending you energy for you.

The birds are singing for you.

The wind is caressing your face.

The elements and the entire world,

Universe,

And source are here to serve you.

Repeat with me.

I am a safe child of God.

I am healing and transmuting my shadows.

Now all that was,

It's here to serve me.

I am pure essence.

I am pure presence.

I don't need to do my everything.

I need it's coming to me.

What I radiate,

It's coming right back.

I am love.

I am immense power.

I am worthy.

I am whole.

I need nothing outside of my breath.

I am part of the divine.

I am the divine itself.

My only presence is worthy of everything.

I am ready to face my day and every moment in this constant awareness.

Every time I feel that I need something outside of me,

I will reconnect with the power of my sacred essence.

I am the breath of life.

Enjoy your day my beautiful soul.
