Lesson 1
Rooted
Creating a direct sturdy earth root connection to plant you into the solid transformative energies of the earth. Release all that does not serve you anymore. While creating space to invite a stable nourishing grounded supportive flow that comes straight from the core into your core.
I recommend to do this meditation standing up, with your feet flat on the floor and toes spread. Allow as much softness as you can in the body throughout the journey. You are also welcome to be seated or lay down if this feel best for your body.

Lesson 2
Rocking & Swirling
Delicate, gentle movement to bring you deeper into your body and into sensations. Slowing each subtle movement down to feel every part of every movement. Mindfully breathing through all that arises during the practice and guiding yourself back to soothing movement.
It is not about the movement itself, but how the movement can ground you deeper into your body. Try resisting the tendancy to speed up this movement, often the more you slow it down the easier it is to feel into the sensations. Emotions, resistance, and other feelings may arise. Stay present with yourself throughout the experience without pushing anything away. Be with what is, as much as you can, welcome it into the subtle movement.
For this meditation it is best to sit down in a comfortable position that gives the possibility of soft movement of the pelvis and spine.

Lesson 3

A journey through all of the layers of your physical body. Starting with the outer boundary of skin and hair that meets the external. Diving deeper and deeper, slowly inward, towards the bones.
Being with the experience and offering of every part of you. Where do you experience resistance? Where is it still? Where do emotions arise? Or contractions? Or Pulsing?
Let yourself feel through your actual layers.
Lay down on any surface that feels comfortable to you.

Lesson 4
Squeeze & Release
Sometimes it’s hard to notice the buildup of tension that is accumulated in the muscles of the body. This is a short and sweet movement and stretch practice that brings you into the body immediately.
Moving from the feet slowly up to the head, you will squeeze and release every muscle in your body.
This helps you let go of all the tension that you unconsciously hold in your body. You can do this practice in the comfort of your bed before you start your day to awaken the body, or before you go to sleep in order to release tensions built up during your day. It can also be done at any moment that you need to come back to body and release.
It's best to do this laying down so that you can fully relax and experience the benefits but it can also be done while sitting if needed.

Lesson 5
Zooming Out & In
In this short visualization, you will soften the body before floating out and above of the body to a place that allows you to observe yourself from a point of safety.
Giving you a moment to create space from the reality of things before gently and consciously guiding yourself back into a sensitized and grounded body. Fully present in the cells, feeling the sensations of this moment while more settled in your being.
This is an easy practice to do when you feel overwhelmed, or triggered in emotion. Especially when there is little space or time to do other forms of (moving) meditation.

Lesson 7
Soothing Vibrations
This sounding practice pulls you into the body through the experience of vibrational frequencies in your body. It settles the body and soothes the nervous system, bringing you more into the here and now, while literally feeling what is happening in the body.
While humming or ‘zumming’, place your hands on your jaw, mouth, and upper chest to feel the vibrations that are created through your sound. Once you’ve found the placement of your hands, settle into the sound creation in your own slow deep breath pace to really feel the sound in your body.
Explore what it is to feel the vibrations from within and from the hands and choose the volume and sound that feels most relaxing for you to land in the body.
