Allowing yourself to arrive.
Arrive into the position that you're seated or laying in.
Arriving into this body.
Inviting the breath into softness.
Into your depths.
As you slow the breath down.
Allowing the jaw to be soft.
The pelvic floor to soften.
And let the body surrender to gravity with each of these deep,
Soft breaths.
As you travel deeper into the body with breath,
Allowing your awareness to drop down into the darkness,
Into this body cavity.
Into your inner world.
The unseen.
Allowing your awareness to drop all the way down to make contact with your own,
Your yoni space.
Feeling into what is present in this moment.
As you allow your awareness to drop into her.
To meet her.
Is there emotion there?
Resistance?
Is there stillness?
Perhaps colors?
Fears?
What is she offering you?
I want you on your next breaths to imagine breathing directly into her.
So that just as your belly or your lungs expand as you inhale,
That you imagine your womb,
Your womb space,
Your yoni space,
Perhaps the energetic space expanding on the inhalation.
And the exhalation that it comes back down.
And perhaps you put your hands on your lower belly over,
Breathing down to these hands.
Feeling them expand,
Feeling her expand and contract with the breath.
Even if it's just in your mind's eye,
In your imagination,
Just intending.
Feeling into the sensations,
This undulating movement,
The soft movement.
Receiving breath in.
Allowing the breath to flow back out,
Feeling the sensations.
Allowing softness to enter a little more on each breath.
Allowing that softness of this breath of the womb to bring softness into the cervix,
The mouth of the womb.
Feeling into the sensations in the body as you allow softness and that breath to move into the cervix.
Perhaps there are other parts of the body that light up in sensation as you breathe into her.
Perhaps there's a difference in energy or vibration,
Different emotions that arise.
Coming back to sensations whenever you're pulled,
Become aware of any distractions.
So you stay present with the sensations,
With your yoni,
The energy in the body.
Giving space to whatever is there.
What is she offering to you?
What is it that you need or that you want in this moment?
What is the wisdom coming through as you connect to her?
Allowing yourself a few deeper than normal breaths straight into a feeling,
The expansion of breath in your depths,
In your yoni space,
In your center.
Slowly becoming aware of the skin,
How gravity works on the bones,
The cells of this body.
Becoming aware of the temperature,
The space around you as you stay in your center.
Becoming aware of the colors and the light that exist on the other side of these islands,
These closed islands.
In the space in which you find yourself in,
As you bring yourself back,
How do you stay in connection with your yoni space,
Your womb,
Your core?
What is it that you bring with you into your day?
Emptying your lungs,
Taking a deep breath in and out.
