For this meditation,

Please find a space where you won't be disturbed,

Where you can lay down or sit down comfortably.

Take a few moments to get comfortable in the position that you're in.

If you like,

You can place your hands on your chest,

Abdomen,

Or lay them down next to you.

Take a few moments to allow yourself to arrive into this position and into the body.

Feel gravity on the body.

Relax the jaw and the pelvic floor.

So you allow your breath to naturally flow in and out of the body.

On your next inhalation,

I want you to follow the breath into the body with the awareness.

Become aware of what's going on inside,

Without trying to change or judge anything,

Noticing what is as you tune in.

Thoughts,

Images,

Emotions,

All part of the human experience.

See if you can breathe in to those unwanted thoughts,

Allowing them to float out with the exhalation,

Breathing into any unwanted emotion that wants to be let go,

Breathing them out on the exhalation,

Breathing into any tension in the body,

And allowing them to float out on the exhalation.

With every breath becoming more aware,

Even if for a millisecond of the space that comes between,

The silence in between,

With every breath connecting more to the stillness inside.

Tuning in to the sensations of the breath as it flows in and out of the body.

On your next inhalation,

Following the breath deeper into the lower abdomen,

Bringing the awareness towards the womb,

Bringing the breath towards the womb,

And taking a few breaths here as you connect.

In your mind's eye,

Beginning to trace the boundaries,

The bones of your pelvic bowl,

Becoming aware of the physical bones of your core.

Noticing as you travel around,

You start to become aware of what goes beyond the physical boundaries,

Beyond the bones.

Gaining a sense perhaps of the space that goes beyond,

The energetic field,

The shape.

And imagining deep at the core of this shape,

Right in the center,

A denser,

Feminine space,

Energy,

The womb.

Noticing what your inner vision or connection is with the space,

Where your creativity manifests,

Where so much is held,

And moving.

What is your connection?

And imagining floating on either side of the womb,

As if two flames were sources of energy or heat,

Your ovaries,

Where life and creativity,

The life force,

Sparks.

Imagining floating on either side,

What is your inner vision,

Your inner relationship,

Where all of your creativity and life force sparks?

Seeing everything you see,

Hearing everything you hear,

And feeling everything you feel,

As you connect with your ovaries,

Trusting whatever comes.

And with the breath floating down towards the base of the uterus,

The womb,

Towards the cervix,

And imagining all around the base of the womb,

A passageway that flows all the way to the base in the front of the bull.

The vagina,

A passageway where your monthly flow cycle passes every month,

Where any babies you may have birthed or want to birth will pass through.

Any love-making you may invite into yourself comes in through this passageway.

What is your inner vision,

Your inner connection with your vagina?

What are you holding,

Inviting into,

Or releasing from this space?

There's often so much held on.

What is your inner relationship?

And on your next inhalation,

Floating the breath and the awareness,

From the base,

From the opening of the vagina,

Moving up on the outside of the bone,

Up towards the pubic bone,

You will encounter the clitoris,

An organ designed purely for pleasure.

What is your relationship with pleasure?

Is there space for pleasure?

Do you allow pleasure?

What is your inner vision,

Your inner connection with your clitoris?

Noticing between the clitoris and the vagina,

The urethra,

And just behind the bone is the bladder,

An organ directly connected to the expression of anger.

What is your relationship with anger?

Is there space?

Do you allow yourself to express anger?

Is there a relationship between pleasure and anger?

What is your inner vision of the base and front of your bone?

And floating your awareness towards the base and the back of your bone,

Towards the rectum,

Where often a lot of tension holds on to that which wants to be released.

Between the rectum and the vagina,

Dynamic energy point,

Where muscles come together to form the perineum,

Where the body is connected to the base root chakra.

Often a lot of tension is held here,

Connected to the base root chakra,

Feeling safe being you,

Authentically,

Whatever that may look like in any moment.

What is your connection with the base and the back of your bone?

Are you grounding yourself or holding?

And on your next inhalation,

Allowing your awareness to float up towards the base of the spine,

Towards the sacrum,

Another dynamic energy point,

Where all of the blood flow that nourishes all of your female organs come in through the space.

All of the nerve endings come in through the space.

Often a lot of tension is held here,

Emotion,

Frustration,

Directly connected to the second chakra,

The sacral.

What is your inner vision,

Your inner connection with this space?

Are you holding,

Releasing?

And on your next inhalation,

Imagining from the back of the ball,

All along the base of the ball,

Towards the front,

Towards the pubic bone,

A line of muscles,

The pelvic floor.

These muscles hold and support all of your organs.

They're connected to your stability,

Your core strength,

Your balance.

There is often a lot of tension held,

And they can be massaged for grounding.

What is your inner connection,

Your inner vision,

A relationship with this part of you?

Are you grounding or holding?

I'm floating towards the front of the ball,

Just behind the pubic bone,

A space that can be accessed through the vagina,

The G-spot,

A space that can be touched to enhance sensations,

Pleasure.

What is your inner vision,

Your inner relationship with this space?

On your next inhalation,

Floating the awareness a little more out to encapture the full pelvic bowl.

And now that you've journeyed around the full bowl,

Your yoni,

Your inner sanctuary,

Tuning in to the shape that goes beyond the physical now.

What is your inner vision,

Your inner connection with the fullness of your creative core,

Your bowl,

Seeing everything you see,

Hearing everything you hear,

And feeling everything you feel?

And imagining deep in the center the core,

The womb,

Where your power,

Your creation exists.

What does it look like now?

What does it feel like now?

Take the next moments to relax into the inner sanctuary,

To enjoy,

To become aware of what's present,

To be,

Or perhaps to create,

Adding symbols,

Nature,

Colors,

Energy,

Creating the inner sanctuary that feels right for you.

On your next inhalation,

Allowing yourself to become a little more alert,

Wiggling the toes and the fingers,

Bringing movement back into the body,

Can stretch yourself out as you begin your transition into the rest of the world,

Taking your inner connection with you without making yourself smaller or adapted,

Breathing in to how you make this transition.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
