This practice helps you deepen into your heart center,
Taking you on a journey to blossom in to the breasts.
Close your eyes.
Bringing your full awareness to your breath.
Allowing the body to soften,
So letting go of the body.
Letting go of the shoulders and the eyes.
Now the jaw to become soft,
The pelvic floor soft.
You bring your breath and your awareness to your feet,
Allowing them to become heavier,
To feel gravity.
Then slowly with your breath,
You allow this heaviness to move up the legs,
Thighs.
To gently with every breath move into the torso.
Allowing this letting go,
This leaning back into,
Deepening into the body all the way to the top of the head.
Warming up the hands.
Clearing the energy,
Flicking off the energy out of the fingertips,
Shaking it off and bringing the hands to the breasts.
Meeting your breasts with warmth.
Moving into the sensations,
Into what kind of touch they need right now.
They want a circular hello embrace.
Allowing yourself to experience what is needed now for you to make contact.
Moving to stillness with the hands on the breasts.
Feeling the sensations of touch from the inside.
The breasts.
Feeling the warmth of the hands settling on them.
Breathing in this loving warmth.
Feeling the sensations of the hands.
Feeling the breasts in the palms,
In the fingertips and what that feels like.
Breathing.
Bringing the awareness towards the nipples.
Breathing.
Deepening the breath so that you feel the inhalation coming in through the nipples.
Making contact,
Connection with your nipples.
Exhaling out of the nipples through all of the tiny holes that you allow the breath,
The energy of life flow through these nipples in and out.
Filling up the breasts,
Filling up the entire heart center between the armpits all the way to the shoulder blades in the back.
Can you even imagine that you had wings that could receive this breath,
That the wings could expand out.
As you welcome in this breath through the nipples,
Feeling the sensations.
Whenever you drift into resistance,
Emotions,
Coming back,
Welcoming yourself back to sensations in the breasts.
As you breathe,
I want you to imagine a deep,
Vibrant red rose in the center of your heart center.
A blossoming rose that as it blossoms with each of your breath that you connect into the fragrance that you could imagine the fragrance of that rose filling the breast,
Filling your heart center into your wings,
Into the shoulder blades,
Into the nipples,
Into that breath.
And you're pulling the breath in and allowing this rose to blossom,
To expand with this fragrance that spreads.
This beautiful fragrance that spreads into the cells,
Into your heart center,
Bringing a glow,
A warmth with every breath.
Coming into the sensations as you allow this fragrance to expand.
If you notice any stagnation or resistance or emotion that is locked within these breasts,
We're going to exhale a deep sound really curling over,
Curling our back forward,
Releasing it as if you were releasing it back into the ground,
Into the earth.
This earth that knows how to transform all of that energy back into new life.
So taking a deep breath in,
Inhaling through the nipples as well and releasing that stagnation.
Taking a deep breath in.
Just breath if you want to place your hands on the ground as you exhale.
If you need to flick the hands out a few times to release excess energy,
Clear them,
Warm them,
And bring it back to the breasts.
Tuning back into the fragrance of that rose of the red,
Spreading the red glow into the cells.
Feeling the quality of the energy,
The quality of the sensations in the body right now.
Feeling the sensations of your breasts in your hands and your hands on your breasts.
Touch from both sides.
Allowing yourself to stay in this connection for as long as feels right to you.
