Welcome to the course! Meet Lilla, a certified coach and breathwork instructor with over 10 years of meditation practice. She has guided online and in-person sessions across continents, from Europe to Australia, teaching in both Hungarian and English. Lilla is dedicated to spreading the knowledge of spirituality, meditation, and the transformative power of breath. Her mission is to make mindfulness and spirituality accessible and practical, demonstrating that even small practices can have a significant impact, even on a busy day. Having studied courses with Dr. Gabor Maté, Lilla’s approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, emphasizing the profound connection between body and mind. Diaphragmatic Breathing

Diaphragmatic Breathing is a great tool to practice after a stressful day, to enhance sleep quality or, to transition from work to home time. It can also enhance your lung capacity, which with regular practice will elevate your quality of life.

Lesson 4

Box Breathing

This is another technique for stress reduction and enhanced focus. To elevate this breathing pattern, you will also learn about Ujjayi breathing, an ancient technique that will help you to level up your box breathing and take you even deeper into relaxation and stress release.

Lesson 5

Alternate Nostril Breathing (Anulom Vilom)

In this technique, practitioners alternate between breathing through the left and right nostrils, using specific hand positions to regulate airflow. Anulom Vilom is believed to balance the flow of prana (life force energy) in the body, calm the mind, and purify the nadis (energy channels). Regular practice of Anulom Vilom is thought to promote overall health and well-being, enhance mental clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety.
