For this meditation I'll ask you to find a comfortable position where you can feel safe and supported and close your eyes.

Find your breath and connect to your body.

Connect to every cell and inch of your body and feel how that calms you down.

Feel how the breath coming in and out of your body fills you up.

The waves of breath connecting you to your body.

And you feel this feeling of home and familiarity.

This feeling of peace.

And maybe you haven't connected for a while because you were busy trying to avoid something within you.

Or maybe you do feel safe and home in your body.

Whatever the case,

Let this deep feeling of gratitude for your body and self wash through you.

Go all the way from the bottom of your feet up to the top of your head.

Thanking every body part for being there supporting you.

And breathe through it.

Breathing all the gratitude and love for yourself for every part of you.

What's your favorite part of your body?

Take it and feel deep appreciation.

Once you've gone through your body,

Ask yourself,

What do I like most about me?

My authentic me,

My personality?

Whatever comes up,

Feel deep appreciation for it.

See and feel your uniqueness.

How you just being you make this world so diverse,

So bright.

How you don't have to do anything to love yourself and appreciate yourself.

And no one does anything exactly the way you do.

You are one of a kind.

Whenever you forget about it,

Come back to this meditation and feel the deep gratitude and love for yourself.

Whenever you feel like you can't connect with yourself,

Remember,

There's no one like you.

You're perfect the way you are.

What if I tell you that you don't need to change anything about yourself to feel the joy,

Love and fulfillment you have been looking for?

What if it's been there all along waiting for you to love yourself again?

So put down everything that blocks you from loving yourself the way you are.

Put it down now and put deep gratitude and appreciation instead.

Today is your day to love yourself the way you are,

The way you always been.

Perfectly lovable,

Unique and divine.

So let in all the joy and love today.
