Good morning.
For this meditation you can stay laid down or you can sit up.
This morning I want you to create your perfect day.
I want you to imagine the best day you could possibly have.
Imagine it from the time you get out of bed to the last second when you go to sleep.
And don't let your limitations tell you that it's not possible.
So feel how your body is reacting to this ideal day.
Feel the excitement that it gives you to hop out of bed and start this perfect day that you just imagined.
So how does it look like?
What's the first thing you are going to do?
Imagine the emotions.
Imagine what you need for it.
What are you going to do next?
How will that make you feel?
Do you start to wonder if it's possible to have this day?
What could come between you and your perfect day?
And how can you handle that challenge?
What's going to be your support when you feel like you're drifting away from your perfect day?
When we know the obstacles that could come in our way,
It's much easier to handle them.
So imagine your day and when something pops up that you think might hinder you,
Just ask yourself,
How will I handle this?
Because you can handle it.
It's within you.
Just go with your deepest desire of today.
How do you want it to look like,
Feel like?
And what are going to be the challenges?
Be realistic,
But let yourself have the perfect day.
A perfect day is not a day where everything goes according to our needs and wishes,
But a day where we stay in control and can handle the challenges.
So do that today.
