Welcome to your walking meditation.

My name is Dina and I will walk with you today.

Before you start on your little mindful walk,

Close your eyes for a minute.

Take a deep breath and let it all out.

I want you to commit that today this walk is all about connection with yourself and with the moment.

Go into this meditation with no judgment and no expectations.

Once you're ready,

Open your eyes and start walking.

Walk in a comfortable pace.

You're in no hurry.

You don't have to get anywhere.

We're just walking in the moment.

We're going to focus on your body and you feel how your feet are touching the ground,

How your shoes touch the ground.

Can you feel the connection with every step?

Can you feel your feet pressing against your shoes?

Can you feel your muscles in your leg?

With every step?

Can you feel them working for you?

Isn't that just wonderful?

You walking.

Can you feel your breath in your chest?

Your breath in your lungs?

How your chest is contracting,

Pressing out the air and how it's expanding to take in fresh air again?

Can you relax your shoulders?

And just let your arms free.

Move the way they want to move.

Can you feel your throat,

Your tongue,

Your mouth?

Listen to my voice in your ears and just feel grateful that you can hear.

Now feel your full body moving,

Stepping,

It's working together.

So you can go from one place to the other.

Your body is working for you all day,

Every day.

And we take it for granted.

But today,

I want you to feel grateful for it.

Now if you can,

If you feel like it,

Stop for a second and look around you.

What can you see?

Can you see trees,

Birds,

Green,

Cars,

People,

Other people just walking?

Can you see people rushing?

And do you feel like you are in the moment,

In the present moment?

And you are free from that feeling of wanting to get somewhere?

Are you appreciating this moment for what it is?

A moment of peace,

A moment of true connection with yourself.

It's very easy to get answers to questions that we often ask ourselves when we are more relaxed.

So if there is a challenge in your life right now,

Or if there's something that you've been struggling with,

Ask yourself now,

What is the solution for that?

Can you let it go?

What would you do differently if you would know the answer?

And come back to the present moment and just walk and let it go.

It's not important anymore.

I will let you walk now without my voice,

And I want you to take off your headphones and listen to what you can hear.

Listen to everything that you can hear around you in the present moment and be grateful that you can hear,

That you can see,

That you can walk,

And that you get to be alive today,

That you woke up.

If you feel like it after your walk,

Go home and journalise your thoughts.

Write down everything that came up.

You will get answers because you're connected with the now,

With the present,

And with your true self.

So I will leave you now to be alone with yourself,

And I hope you enjoyed your little walk with me.
