Hello and welcome to today's meditation.
My name is Lilla and I will be your guide today.
I ask you to go into this meditation without expectations,
Without anything that you need to do.
There's nothing else,
Just space in this present moment.
We're going to create you a bubble where you can feel home,
Safe,
Where you can relax if you need to.
You don't need anything else,
Just listen to my voice.
I'm going to ask you now to close your eyes and focus on your body for a minute.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your jaw,
Your tongue.
Relax your shoulder,
Let it drop.
Relax your stomach,
Your hips.
Relax your legs.
If you're sitting,
Perhaps you can focus on the connection that you have with your feet on the ground,
Touching them and how it feels like.
You can invite your thoughts in right now.
Let them race around,
Let them be without judgment in this moment.
You don't have to get rid of them,
You don't have to force them out of your head.
Just listen to them and let them be for a minute.
Once you feel relaxed,
Like your thoughts are slowing down and you are slowing down,
I invite you to imagine that you have a bubble around you,
A big bubble that keeps out all of the noise,
All the outside world,
Everything that's coming towards you.
This bubble stops it and let it in your space.
There might be worries,
Judgment,
Expectations,
Your to-do list,
Client needs,
Emails.
Let them all bounce off your bubble.
You can see through this bubble and the outside might be dark from all the worries,
All your racing thoughts,
But inside your bubble,
It's nice,
Bright and calm,
Peaceful.
Can you just enjoy your company in the present moment without distractions or any worries?
In this little bubble,
You can be yourself.
You can do whatever you feel like to do.
You can do whatever you feel like doing.
You don't have to answer to any deadlines,
Expectations.
You don't have to cross off anything in your to-do list.
In this bubble,
You have healthy boundaries.
You look after yourself.
You care for yourself and you love and accept yourself.
This little bubble is just yours.
There's no one else here.
It's just you.
And you love being in your own company.
This is a safe space.
Now,
I want you to imagine there is a mirror in the bubble that shows up.
It can be any mirror hanging off the side of the bubble,
Maybe a hand mirror,
Whatever you feel like is yours.
I want you to look into this mirror and just look at yourself.
See how amazing you are,
How peaceful and relaxed you look,
And tell yourself the things that you want to hear from other people,
That you've been yearning to hear from yourself.
This is a safe space.
All your emotions are valid.
Everything that you feel,
You think,
They're all valid.
You're allowed to feel those emotions.
You're allowed to feel this way.
I want you to tell yourself how proud you are of yourself,
All that you achieved,
All the goals,
How proud you are that you never give up,
That you carry on,
And how proud you are of yourself,
That you give yourself space,
Self-care,
Self-compassion,
That you stop when you need to,
That you don't reply to the hustle calling you because you know that you need space,
Time,
And rest.
I want you to tell yourself,
No matter of your outcomes,
In business,
With your clients,
You still love and accept yourself the way you are because your results don't define who you are.
Tell yourself how much you love yourself.
This might feel hard at first and distant,
But just repeat it after me.
Say,
I love you.
I accept you.
You are beautiful and you're strong.
And now repeat these affirmations.
My feelings are valid.
And if my intuition is telling me to slow down,
I slow down because I know that's what I need.
I listen to my body.
I listen to my needs.
I put myself first so I can serve others with a full cup.
I will give you a few seconds to tell yourself the things that you want to tell yourself.
These conversations with your true self are going to change your outside,
Your inside,
And the way you see yourself and the world around you.
Make sure that you tell your true self what you really want to hear,
What she really wants to hear.
And once you are done,
Imagine that the mirror disappears,
But it's always there.
You can invite it back anytime.
That mirror is the door to your true self,
Your soul.
Whenever you feel like you need to connect,
You can come back to this meditation or just talk to yourself in the mirror,
In your imagination,
Or in real life.
This way you can always connect with your true self.
I will ask you to sit in this bubble for a few more minutes.
Take a few deep breaths and let go of everything that you've been telling yourself.
Today,
Yesterday,
Everything that comes up,
It wasn't meant for you.
It wasn't coming from your true self,
But from your wounded self.
And just let go of those thoughts.
Whenever you feel like the outside world or your inner world is getting too much,
You can just close your eyes and come back to this bubble.
It's here to keep you safe,
Your soul safe.
And you can just come back to this meditation and relax with our distractions because everything is outside the bubble,
All the expectations,
The judgment.
It's just you in here,
In love and acceptance.
Now I want you to realize that the bubble is slowly dissolving and you're back to the room in the present moment.
And if you're ready,
You can start to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
And slowly come back to your body until you have full awareness.
And just take a few deep breaths and just let everything go with a big sigh.
Repeat this as many times as you feel the need.
And if you're ready,
Just open your eyes.
