In this course, we explore how you are Self-Sabotaging. We then look at what is triggering you to keep the cycle going. We use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping, as well as, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) Tapping to lessen the charge around the trigger so you can stop your self-sabotaging cycle. We also explore Shame and guilt you may be feeling for staying in this cycle and work on releasing these emotions with EFT Tapping. We then explore anger and frustration as well. After releasing and recognizing some of these heavier emotions, we come back to acceptance and living ourselves no matter what. Expect to learn how to finally break your Self-Sabotaging cycles in this course.


Meet your Teacher

Nicole is a Certified Master EFT/ TFT Tapping Practitioner, Reiki Master and an Akashic Records Reader and Teacher. She aims to help people that feel stuck in anyway and need encouragement and good energy to get to where they want to go in life. She believes we were all put here on this earth, at this time, for a reason and she wants you to believe it for yourself as well!

Lesson 1

Self-Sabotage Awareness Guided Journey + EFT Tapping Meditation

In this lesson, let's become aware of our self-sabotaging behavior. What is it that we keep doing? What goals have we not been able to reach because of this Self-Sabotage? We become aware of all of this in this gentle lesson with a guided EFT Tapping Meditation. EFT Tapping is used throughout this course and I explain it more in-depth in some of my other courses but I wanted this one to be more simple. Here are the tapping points and how to get to them in case you have never tapped before. Use the number of fingers and pressure that feel good to you. Side of the hand- in the middle of the bottom of the pinky finger and the wrist Eyebrow- at the beginning of the eyebrow on one side or both side eye- on the side of 1 eye or both under the eye- under 1 eye or both under nose- in the middle of the area between the top lip and nose under mouth- the middle area between the bottom lip and chin collar bone- under both sides of the collar bone. Use 1 hand or both under the armpit- 3 inches below the crease of your armpit top of the head- middle of the top of your head Feel free to ask any more questions as you have them! In this lesson, we explore how we might possibly react differently when we are triggered. This is going to help us so much on our journey to stop our Self-Sabotaging loop. The sooner we can react differently, the sooner we can stop holding ourselves back from what we want. Let's practice this together. We are first introduced to TFT Tapping in this lesson, which stands for Thought Field Therapy. As you may have noticed EFT Tapping is very much tapping + words. TFT Tapping is different whereas it is Tapping + thoughts. We only use 1 point in this course and that is the side of the hand, which is the same point we use in EFT Tapping.
