Welcome to this five minute morning meditation.
You can do this meditation while you're still laying in your bed.
Take that space before it's time to get up,
But maybe you're not fully awake yet.
You can start to get comfortable and close your eyes.
And I want you to just think about everything that today has to offer you.
Think about the gratitude that you have for living this life and for waking up this morning.
And for waking up in the bed that you're currently in,
In the room that you're currently in,
Or wherever it is that you are.
Just feel the gratitude that you have for that.
And think about all of the things that you get to do today,
Or this week,
Or this month.
Think about how special that is that you're here to do those things.
Don't see them as negative.
Even if maybe some things that you know you have to do don't feel as good,
See them as opportunities.
You can make what you want out of anything.
Something that may feel negative now,
You can learn to put a positive spin on it.
Even if there's one small thing that feels good about that,
I want you to focus on that.
And just keep feeling that gratitude that you have for getting these opportunities,
And for living this life,
And for waking up today.
Because it's so special,
And it's so amazing that you woke up today,
And you get to live this life.
And maybe you're working towards living your life in a different way,
And that's okay,
Because the fact that you woke up today is bringing you closer to the way that you want to live your life.
And you're getting the opportunity to continue to get there.
So just keep feeling that gratitude.
And just thinking about how special it is that you were brought here in this world at this time.
And all the opportunities you have,
And how amazing it is to live this life.
And to work towards goals that you have.
Feel how amazing and special that is.
Okay,
It's now time for you to get up and live your day.
So you can go ahead and open your eyes.
