thank you for this course! it’s one of the little amount of courses and single classes that i actually feel the difference.

I could breathe a little easier afterward and feel so much more relaxed around my symptoms. Thank you.

I was feeling paralyzed and near panic due to work anxiety.. and this truly helped. I feel like I can move through it now with intention. Thank you 🩵🙏🏽🩵

i liked her voice it was very soothing and calming ❤️

Love this! Thank you!! 🙏🏼

This was really beautiful and allowed me to have a little cry and release. The guidance is clear and easy to follow.

Great meditation to fall asleep to and also if you wake up to return to sleep with!

This brought me so much solace. My no contact father just passed recently and it’s been so strange to sit with, I didn’t know where to start. This meditation was exactly what I needed… I did admittedly have to pause to give extra space to rewrite the memory, because there was so much more I wish my father would’ve said, but I wouldn’t have gotten to that space without your guidance. Thank you so much. 🖤
