Welcome to your evening gratitude meditation.
This meditation can be done while you're laying in bed right before you're about to go to sleep.
You can get comfortable and close your eyes.
We're going to start by taking a deep breath in and out and in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
You had an amazing day today.
Regardless of what happened,
You woke up today.
Even if you had some stress or some unexpected things happen,
Just think about the fact that you woke up today.
You lived your life today.
Everybody doesn't have that opportunity.
You woke up today.
Besides if anything stressful or unexpected happened today,
I want you to think about all the other things you can be grateful for besides just waking up.
Even if it's small,
I'm sure you can think of something.
Maybe it's just having a roof over your head and the ability to eat food and being healthy.
But as your day comes to a close,
I want you to just think about those things.
Think about anything that you're grateful for today.
And you can even think about some things that you're grateful for that are happening tomorrow.
And again,
Maybe that's just waking up and living your day.
But I want you to just think about it right now.
And I want you to feel it.
I want you to feel that gratitude.
I want you to feel it filling your whole head and moving down through your neck,
Down to your chest,
And both of your arms,
And down through your stomach,
And both of your legs,
All the way to your feet.
So now you're just feeling that gratitude everywhere in your body.
You're so grateful for this day.
Okay.
You can go ahead and open your eyes.
I hope you have a really restful,
Relaxing sleep and you're able to continue to feel that gratitude.
