Welcome to this energy cleansing meditation.
This meditation is going to be really good to just move any stuck or stagnant energy that you currently have sitting within you right now.
It's going to be very relaxing and refreshing.
So why don't you go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
So we're going to start right at the crown chakra on the top of the head.
And we're going to take a deep breath in focusing on that area and on the breath out.
We're going to breathe out anything that's stuck or stagnant in that area.
So take a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Now we're going to move to the third eye chakra right between your eyebrows.
And taking a deep breath in and on the breath out,
Breathing out anything stuck or stagnant right in that area.
So take a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Now we're going to move down to the throat chakra right in the center of your throat.
So take a deep breath in and out,
Pushing out all that stagnant stuck energy in your throat chakra.
And another deep breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Now we're going to move down to our heart chakra right in the center of your chest.
So take a deep breath in and out,
Breathing out anything stuck in there.
Another big breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Now we're going to move down to our solar plexus right at the top of your stomach.
So take a deep breath in and out,
All that stuck energy.
And in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Now we're going to move down to our sacral chakra right below the belly button.
You can go ahead and take a deep breath in and out,
Getting out anything that's stuck in there right now.
Another big breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
And now we're going to move down to the root chakra,
Which is right at the base of your spine.
So focusing on that area,
Take a deep breath in and out,
Clearing out anything that doesn't need to be there anymore.
Another big breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Now your body should feel a little bit lighter.
You've moved a lot of stuck,
Stagnant energy out of your chakra points that didn't need to be there anymore.
So now you're ready to take on new things,
New challenges,
Create new goals,
Because you have all that available space right now.
So you can go ahead and open your eyes.
