Welcome to your migraine relief EFT topping meditation.
This meditation is meant to help you if you're suffering from a migraine and may even be helpful with just chronic pain in general.
A lot of times this pain that we feel is obviously physical,
But it can also be emotional.
Especially the intensity can really come from emotions that are behind that physical pain.
And we want to help to release some of that right now and relieve some of the pain we're feeling.
So,
You can go ahead and grade yourself right now on how intense your pain is on a one through ten.
Ten being the strongest.
And we just do this to see how we feel at the end,
To see if we feel a release and we feel lighter and feel less pain.
So,
Once you have your number,
You can go ahead and get comfortable in whatever that looks like for you right now.
Especially if you're experiencing pain,
I just want you to sit in whatever way feels good to you.
And if you want to close your eyes,
I'm going to tell you where to tap.
So,
Don't worry about keeping them open.
So,
Let's go ahead and get started.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know that I don't feel great right now,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I don't like when I don't feel well,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know and accept that I won't always feel this way,
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
All of the pain.
Side eye,
All of the stress.
Inner eye,
All of the anxiety.
Under nose,
I want to release it.
Inner mouth,
I don't feel good right now.
Collarbone,
And I don't like when I don't feel good.
Under your armpit,
I don't like when I can't do everything that I want to.
Top of the head,
I don't like being forced to just rest.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
It's really annoying to me to feel like this sometimes.
Side eye,
I want to release all of these heavy feelings I have right now.
Under eye,
They aren't serving me.
Under nose,
I just don't like feeling bad.
Under mouth,
Feeling bad is not how I like to spend my time.
Collarbone,
I feel like I'm wasting my life by having to stop and relax right now.
Under your armpit,
And I want to release that.
Top of the head,
I want to feel okay with not feeling great right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if I could just accept that I needed to slow down?
Side eye,
What if I could just accept that I needed to relax right now?
Under eye,
What if I could just lean into the fact that my body was trying to tell me something?
Under nose,
My body wants me to listen.
Under mouth,
What if I just listened to what my body was saying?
Collarbone,
I know that this won't last forever.
Under your armpit,
Once I listen to my body,
I will get back to normal.
Top of the head,
What if it was easy to just relax right now and trust in my body?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I relax into what my body needs right now.
Side eye,
I know I don't need to stress myself out by resisting.
Under eye,
Stress will only make this pain last longer.
Under nose,
I relax into what my body needs right now.
Under mouth,
I release anything heavy my body is holding onto.
Collarbone,
I release anything making me feel worse.
Under your armpit,
I am fully listening to what my body needs.
Top of the head,
And I am giving that to my body.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know this pain won't last long.
Side eye,
And that gives me so much hope.
Under eye,
I know that I just need to slow down.
Under nose,
And once I slow down,
I'll feel better.
Under mouth,
I already feel better right now.
Collarbone,
I feel good when I pay attention to what my body needs.
Under your armpit,
And when I don't resist what my body needs.
Top of the head,
I feel good when I can just let my body and mind relax.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
My mind feels so relaxed right now.
Side eye,
My body feels so relaxed right now.
Under eye,
I know that I will feel better in no time.
Under nose,
I know that my main job is relaxing right now.
Under mouth,
And that's okay.
Collarbone,
I don't need to think about anything else in this moment.
Under your armpit,
I fully relax into what my body needs right now.
Top of the head,
My mind and body feel so calm right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.

You can open them if you want.
And if you want to regrade yourself,
You can from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest,
And just see if some of the pain you're experiencing went down a little bit on the scale.
And if you didn't grade yourself,
You can just see if right now you do feel like you released anything and you have a little bit less pain.
