Lesson 2
What Studies Say About The Benefits Of EFT Tapping
On day 2, we are going to go over some studies that discuss the benefits of using EFT tapping as a treatment for anxiety. We also discuss how EFT tapping has been show to help other disorders like PTSD and depression. We will finish off day 2 with a short meditation, allowing us to embody the energy that the tool of EFT tapping will bring to our lives.

Lesson 3
Understanding The Tapping Points In EFT Tapping
On day 3, we will discuss the tapping points we use during EFT tapping. We will go through and talk about each one and understand the part of the body or meridian that each point connects to. We will then do an exercise, helping us practice tapping on each point, along with directions on how to tap and how many fingers to use.

Understanding The Talking Part Of EFT Tapping
On day 4, we are going to learn how to talk ourselves through an EFT tapping session. The tapping alone can be super effective, but when we add words, it helps us more. On day 6, we are going to explore your anxiety and other feelings around that anxiety that we want to work through in this course. Defining what it is we want to work through will help us gain more benefit from going through this course. On day 7, we will work on releasing the anxiety that we identified in day 6. This will be such a powerful day in this course because we are making room in our bodies and our minds to make a new story for our anxiety. On day 8, we are going to reframe our anxiety story. Rewrite the story, so that we think better of our anxiety now and in the future. This can be so helpful to completely look at our anxiety differently and not have the same heavy feelings around it that you once did. We will talk through creating a new story and then, use EFT tapping to cement the new story in our body and mind.
