We will slowly work through a source of anxiety we carry and also learn how to work through our anxiety in the moment. EFT tapping can be so helpful to work through any anxiety you may be dealing with, so join me in this course to learn more.

Nicole is an EFT tapping practitioner, Reiki master and an Akashic records reader and teacher. She aims to help people that feel stuck in anyway and need encouragement and good energy to get to where they want to go in life. She believes we were all put here on this earth, at this time, for a reason and she wants you to believe it for yourself as well!

What Studies Say About The Benefits Of EFT Tapping

On day 2, we are going to go over some studies that discuss the benefits of using EFT tapping as a treatment for anxiety. We also discuss how EFT tapping has been show to help other disorders like PTSD and depression. Lesson 3

Understanding The Tapping Points In EFT Tapping

On day 3, we will discuss the tapping points we use during EFT tapping. We will go through and talk about each one and understand the part of the body or meridian that each point connects to. Thanks Nicole for this course. Its taken me above and beyond just doing a single EFT meditation. I havent written my own yet, however its given me the tools i need to stop myself in an anxious moment, go through the movements and say outloud what ever i am feeling.
