Welcome to your five minute morning grounding meditation.
You can do this meditation while you're still laying in bed in that space between being fully awake and getting up.
Though if you're not already,
Just get comfortable and close your eyes.
And let's start by taking a deep breath in and out.
And in and out.
And one more big breath in and out.
Right now,
I want you to just think about how calm you feel right now.
You're not fully awake.
Nothing has happened in your day yet.
And so you have the opportunity to just feel that calmness and that relaxed feeling of just waking up.
And I want you to also feel the safety of laying where you're laying right now or sitting where you're sitting.
So you're really right now you're harnessing that calm and that relaxed feeling and that feeling of safety.
And I want you to just feel it all over your body as if it's magnified right now.
Right now that you're taking the time to really feel all of this.
You're just feeling it all throughout your body.
With this really powerful,
Relaxing,
Calm,
Safe energy,
You know that you can handle whatever comes your way today.
Whatever maybe you know is going to happen.
Or maybe there's a lot that you don't know is going to happen.
But you're ready for whatever comes your way.
As you're coming from this calm,
Relaxed,
Safe space.
And you can bring this into your day anytime that you want.
Because you're taking the time right now to harness this feeling and really understand how it feels.
So you can pull this up whenever you need it today.
You can handle anything.
You were made to handle whatever is going to come your way today.
You're going to have such a good day today and you're going to be able to handle anything that comes your way.
And if anything comes up that you weren't expecting,
You're going to know what to do.
Because you were made for this.
You were made for today.
That's why you woke up this morning.
You were made for what's going to happen today.
So why don't you take a deep breath in and out.
And go ahead and open your eyes.
