This course is perfect for you if you want to be present and enjoy life in its simplicity. This course will take 7 days. Each course takes less than 10 minutes of your time. You will learn tools to be more present to yourself, your surroundings, your living experience and to find happiness as well as peace in each moment. You don't need to be sitted or to meditate to be mindful, your daily life is enough!


Meet your Teacher

Morgane Joncour is a yoga and meditation teacher from France. She graduated in Philosophy and obtained a Master Degree in History of Philosophy from Sorbonne, Paris. Her passion is to make philosophy as well as yoga practical and accessible to anyone. She believes philosophy shouldn't stay in books, it should be lived and shared. For that reason, it goes perfectly together with a yoga and meditation practice.

Day Three : Notice Your Environment

Welcome to day three! Today we will focus on noticing our environment. Your surroundings are not separate from you; they are an integral part of your experience. By noticing and appreciating your surroundings, you deepen your sense of connection to the world around you and to the people in it.

Day Four : Notice What You Hear

Welcome to day four ! Today we will focus on what we can hear. The sounds you hear are a reflection of your immediate environment. By paying attention to them, you develop a deeper connection to the world around you and the people in it. This fosters a sense of presence and interconnectedness.

Day Five : Notice What You Taste

Welcome to day five ! Today we will notice what we taste. Tasting food or drink requires your full attention. When you focus on the flavors and textures in your mouth, you engage your senses fully, pulling your awareness into the present moment.

Day Six : Notice What You Touch

Welcome to day six! Today we will bring our focus to the feeling of touch. Touch is one of the most immediate and tangible senses. When you pay attention to what you're touching, whether it's the texture of fabric, the warmth of sunlight on your skin, or the smooth surface of a stone, you engage your senses fully, bringing yourself into the present moment.

Day Seven : Give Yourself Mindful Moments Everyday

Welcome to our last day together. Today we will focus on making space for mindfulness everyday. Incorporating mindful moments into your daily routine involves intentionally pausing and bringing your attention to the present moment. By taking these pauses, you create space to step out of autopilot mode and become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings.
