Welcome to this guided meditation.
This meditation will help you find trust and face right now whenever you may feel anxious or worry about the future.
For this meditation make sure that you are wearing warm clothes,
That you find yourself in a quiet place and that you won't be disturbed for the next minutes.
Lay down on your back,
Take all the space that you need.
Let your feet open wider than your hips.
Turn your palms facing up and roll your shoulder blades under your back.
Once you're feeling comfortable close your eyes.
Feel your breasts moving through your body.
Feeling your belly expanding and growing on the inhale and softening on the exhale.
With each inhale try to let more air in.
With each exhale release more air out.
Taking a little bit more time to inhale and a little bit more time to exhale.
Feeling your breasts moving through your body.
A little bit more time to exhale.
Feeling your breasts becoming deeper and deeper.
Knowing that breathing is the only thing that truly matters right now.
Now take three deep breaths here,
Taking as much air as you can and when you can't take more air exhale out through your mouth.
And repeat for three breaths.
Inhale in through your nose and as you exhale out through your mouth release all the air out.
One more time inhale and deep exhale.
Deep exhale and breath by breath feel yourself melting into the present moment.
Feeling completely present to your breasts,
Completely aware of your body.
Bring your awareness to this feeling of groundedness through your body.
Feeling your whole body grounded.
Feeling all the parts of your body touching the floor.
The back of your heels,
The back of your legs,
Back of your hands,
Back of your arms,
Your whole spine supported and the back of your head.
Take a deep inhale in and as you exhale let your whole body soften into the present moment.
Take another deep breath in.
Exhale out and feel your whole body becoming heavier and heavier.
Inhale.
And exhale feeling grounded and completely supported.
Feeling that you can trust your body and feel grounded.
When we become present we can access our true self who is always present and calm.
And you can trust yourself completely.
You can trust your breath and trust this present moment.
You are well and you are safe.
You are doing everything that is in your power to feel good.
You are feeling good and you can always have access to this state of being.
You have the power to always feel calm and grounded.
Trust yourself.
Trust yourself.
Trust yourself.
Trust yourself.
Slowly start to deepen your breath.
Become aware of the sounds around you.
Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale.
Slowly move your fingers,
Your toes,
Stretching your arms,
Your legs and doing any movement that feels good,
That feels natural to you right now.
And gently open your eyes and take your time to wake up.
