Hello and welcome to this express meditation.
This meditation will help you come back to yourself,
Let go of stress and quiet your mind in a few minutes.
Make sure that you are in a quiet place and that you won't be disturbed.
Find a comfortable posture,
Ideally laying down on a yoga mat,
On the floor or even your bed.
Take all the space that you need,
Maybe you want to let your feet rest open.
Turn your palms facing up and roll your shoulder blades under your back.
When you are feeling comfortable,
Take a deep inhale in through your nose and try to take as much air as you can into your lungs.
When you can't inhale more,
Take a deep exhale out through your mouth and release all the air out.
Take another nice inhale in,
Taking as much air as you can.
Take a deep exhale out through your mouth and release.
Keep breathing as you let more air in with each inhale and let more air out with each exhale.
Inhale letting more air in and exhale letting more air out.
One more time as you inhale and release as you exhale.
Now keep breathing this way and bring your awareness inwards.
Feel your belly and your chest expanding with each inhale and softening with each exhale.
Feel your whole body laying down and all the points of your body touching the floor.
Feeling your body becoming lighter and lighter as you inhale and release all the tensions as you exhale.
Inhale feeling your body energized and exhale letting your whole body soften.
Coming back to the sensation of heaviness with each exhale letting go even more,
Letting all the points of your body touching the floor becoming heavier and heavier.
With each exhale letting go even more knowing that you can let go,
Knowing that you can trust yourself and trust your body.
Inhale feeling your body light and exhale letting your body full heavy.
Inhale letting new energy in and exhale release and let go.
Feeling your whole body rested and soft,
Knowing that feeling relaxed and grounded is your natural state.
Knowing that no matter where you are,
How much time you have,
You can always come back to this feeling of feeling centered,
Of feeling grounded through your breath and through your body.
Take a deep breath in and hold it and exhale out through your mouth release.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently bring back some movement,
Moving your fingers,
Moving your toes,
Stretching your arms and your legs.
Listening only to yourself and maybe doing any movement that feels good right now,
That feels natural to you,
That feels organic.
Bringing your awareness back to the world,
Hearing the sounds around you and slowly open your eyes.
