Welcome!

This meditation is made for you if you'd like to replace stress and anxiety with trust and peace.

Find a comfortable position,

Laying down on your back or sitting down.

Close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your nostrils and feel the fresh air entering your lungs.

Take a deep breath out through your nose and slowly emptying your lungs.

Inhale,

Feeling your belly expand.

Exhale,

Letting your belly relax.

With each new inhale,

Feeling completely aware of your body.

With each exhale,

Letting go a little more.

Now,

As you visualize and feel the breaths in your body,

Visualize that each breath fills up your body with everything you need.

Imagine that the breath entering your body is trust.

Slowly filling up your body with trust with each inhale.

Starting by filling up your chest with trust.

Filling up your belly with trust.

And as you exhale,

Allowing this feeling of trust to expand to the rest of your body.

Exhale,

Filling up your arms with trust.

Filling up your face with trust.

Filling up your legs with trust.

And slowly keep breathing until your whole body is trust.

Observe how you're feeling.

Maybe feeling very light yet completely supported.

Allow this feeling to stay within you and become you.

Knowing and feeling that you can trust because you are trust.

Life is supporting you wherever you go.

You are always supported.

You can always trust.

Everything is exactly as it should.

You are well.

You are the universe.

And the universe always supports you.

Allow yourself to enjoy this feeling.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in.

And take a deep sigh out through your mouth.

Feeling ready to move on with your day.
