Hello,

If you are having a panic attack right now,

Just know that this audio is made for you.

Just know that whatever,

However you're feeling right now,

You are okay and you will be okay.

To relieve a panic attack we just need to understand how it works.

So maybe your panic attack started with a thought.

Maybe you were thinking about something that makes you scared.

That thought created a feeling,

An emotion in your body.

Now your body believes what the mind is saying and thinks that there is a danger somewhere.

Yet you are completely safe.

What we take for the truth or the validation of our fearful thinking is just an emotion.

Anxiety and panic attacks,

They find their strength,

They find this power in the power of the emotion.

But just because the emotion is real doesn't mean that the thought,

The fear is real.

Emotions,

They come,

They go,

They never stay so long.

When we are dealing with a panic attack we usually try to push this emotion away.

We don't want to feel pain,

We don't want to feel fear.

And so in this way we don't accept it.

We try to push it away,

To think positive or to just do something else.

And that just makes the fear,

The anxiety stronger.

When you don't accept,

You just make it more strong.

So what I suggest to you is to do the opposite.

So we're going to take a quiet moment together,

Sitting down comfortably,

Breathing.

And what we're going to do is to just let the thoughts happen.

Let the emotions happen.

We're going to take a quiet moment to just allow this uncomfortable feeling to be,

To just be.

Observe any movements in the mind,

Any movements in the body.

Observe how your breath is moving.

It's okay to feel uncomfortable.

Remember that you are not your thoughts.

You are not your emotions.

The thoughts and emotions are just happening to you.

The thoughts and emotions are just like clouds on a sunny day and you are the sunny day.

The clouds,

The fear will pass if you let it pass,

If you give it the space to be.

So take a deep breath.

Let the thinking happen without judgment.

Let the fear happen physically and mentally.

Let it express itself.

The more you will practice this attention and presence,

The less power the fear will have on you.

And the more you will be able to feel at peace and deal with anxiety.

You actually don't even have to deal with anxiety.

You just have to let it be.

When you give yourself this healing space,

It's like telling the fear that it's okay,

That the fear can be and that the fear is not a danger in itself.

So just remember that you can do this.

You are strong.

You are okay and you will be okay.
