Simple Scandinavian Habits To Live A Happy & Healthy Life

With Morgane

Welcome to this course ! My name is Morgane, I’m a French Yoga Teacher and I’ve been living in Sweden for 8 years now. This experience has been giving me some insight into the scandinavian way of life, especially as a foreigner, and I’ve discovered a different way to live that made me a calmer and healthier person. I’d like to share this simple scandinavian way of life today with you in 5 different lessons. Each lesson is short, straight to the point, coming with practical tips that will help you apply this way of life straight away. So let’s start !

Meet your Teacher

Morgane Joncour is a yoga and meditation teacher from France. She graduated in Philosophy and obtained a Master Degree in History of Philosophy from Sorbonne, Paris. Her passion is to make philosophy as well as yoga practical and accessible to anyone. She believes philosophy shouldn't stay in books, it should be lived and shared. For that reason, it goes perfectly together with a yoga and meditation practice.

Thank you for your insights into Scandinavian culture. I’m the guy listening to your Yoga Nidra in French to practice listening to French. I’m also Scandinavian on my mother’s side. If you ever see my picture on your live sessions, that’s me smiling. I also spend a lot of time outside. Walking my dog, running and cycling, Mostly mountain biking, rather than road cycling. I think you are dead on with your assessment that outside activities reduce your cortisol. Been reading about the benefits of outdoor exercise, cycling, and all the positive effects of the Bath de Forêt. (I think that’s right). Living next to a state forest and park doesn’t hurt either! The benefits of the trees and the microbes they emit is amazing. And sunshine. Can’t get that in the gym. I have to run on a treadmill myself right now, because of heavy snow and cold. I think Scandinavians have it right. Thanks for that.
