Jo is a long time meditator who has practiced several different styles since 2005 and primarily draws from the teachings of the Buddha now. He also draws on trauma informed social work practice. He mixes warmth and love with humour to allow his authentic self to emerge in his guided practices. He is a person in recovery from addiction with a severe chronic health condition and this informs his practice as well. He completed a 100 hr yoga teacher training, level one reiki and was nearly completed his bachelor of social work before his health condition forced him to stop working.
