This sleep meditation guides you through various relaxation techniques to gradually ease into a deep, peaceful sleep. After relaxing your mind and body, you are guided through a yoga nidra inspired rotation of awareness around the body, followed by a visualisation of floating through the night sky on a cloud. As you float through the sky, you move through the letters of the alphabet and when you reach Z, you begin catching and counting silver letter Z's.
