Ive Yoga

Ive is a qualified yoga teacher. She teach hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga styles. As well she loves to teach meditation. She loves to connect with peoples all over the world. She wants to bring more happiness, joy, love, peace to everyones lifes. Yoga and meditation completely changed her life. Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation can help: Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations. Building skills to manage your stress. Increasing self-awareness. Focusing on the present. Reducing negative emotions. Increasing imagination and creativity. Increasing patience and tolerance. Namaste. Sending lots of love from my heart to yours.
