Hello beautiful souls,

Let's begin our meditation by finding a comfortable seated position.

You can sit on the mat,

Pillow or bolster which helps you to elevate your hips and tilt pelvis to neutral position.

Keep your spine straight and long,

Relax your shoulders,

Place your palms on top on your knees or simply you can rest them in your lap.

And when you find a place where you can stay for an extended period of time,

You can close your eyes.

As the season changed from warm and sunny weather to rainy and cold weather,

You may notice a shift in your mental health,

May you feel unbalanced.

So today we will practice to bring back stillness,

Happiness,

Balance into our body,

Into our heart.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale out through your nose,

Observe the air coming into your body,

Your lungs.

Does the air feels cold or warm?

Take a huge breath in,

Exhale out,

Observe your thoughts without judgement,

With each exhale let go of everything that no longer serve you.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale all the air out and just be in this present moment.

Inhale feel peace,

Stillness,

Love,

Joy inside you and around you.

Exhale out,

Let go of all worries.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

I allow myself to feel so I can heal.

And now release all words that was in your mind and bring your attention to the present moment.

Enjoy the sensations of life energy pulsing through your body.

Bring your hands in front of your heart,

Bring your chin to your chest and gently open your eyes.
